Someone Please Direct Me Somewhere Else!!! This place is terrible from top to bottom! The employees just stare at you when you walk in and don't speak. The food is sloppy and thrown together. They don't even want you there! So guess what? We won't go back! They would rather the place be empty. Choose Panera or something else because this place is not worth the menu price

Subs use to be great. Every time I went back they were worst then the last time. I got a Philly last time I went. Not going back. I would like to note that this was like 6 months ago. Was really craving lennys and everyone told me to go to the one in John's creek. I took their advice.

Good help must not be only be hard to find..but hard to keep as well. I haven't been to this location in about 4 months and I see they have a whole new team...the cheesesteaks are great but not worth the wait...bring back the sweet girl with the nice smile(I think her name was Tia)...she at least made the horrendous wait time and dilapidated atmosphere bearable. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to John's Creek...and p.s business hours are for a reason! 4:55 is vastly different from 6:00

The people who work here are so kind, pleasant and professional. I came in with a sore throat and half a voice. And they were so accommodating while I quietly ordered and even wished me to get well soon. I happily drive 25 minutes to this location!
