How do I make an order when they never answer the phone, I have tried calling multiple times on different days, I always end up going to a different pizza place that actually answers their phone.

They never answer the phone, if they don't feel like doing their job on whatever day. So if they don't pick up their being lazy. Meaning less work they have to do. So lame!!! Firer Everyone!!! I know I would.

I ordered a PRETZEL crust pepperoni pizza and they gave me a regular crust pizza with pretzel salt and called it pretzel crust. They were going back and forth with me arguing that it was pretzel crust when all the facts stand that is clearly is not. They had pictures of pretzel crust posted in the restaurant and my crust looked nothing like them. Also, another customer came after me and ordered regular pepperoni pizzas and our pizzas looked the same, yet still the employee refused to admit that my pizza was not pretzel crust. Very unprofessional. I can understand if they sold out of the specific crust, but don’t lie to me and try to sell something to me that you clearly don’t have.
Side note: it is very dirty on the inside.

I ordered on the app and when the app said it was ready, I went inside to get my order and they had given it away to someone else. Whoever was behind the counter did not do any verification to make sure it was going to the right person.

Worst store ever says it never opens on time

There are always long wait times because this is a very small location...It is very rare that they actually have food ready for pick-up...Staff isn't Courteous...They need more help and a bigger location

This place is by far the worst. ordered pizza from here last night and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. And then there was no pizza sauce on the pizza. And then all the vegetables and the pepperonis were all raw. I mean who does that? Someone needs to really look into this because it has had me up all night with a bad stomach ache.

I tried twice to call this store to place an order, no one answers the phone. I tried to order online for pickup, but the website doesn't allow you to customize a pizza. So I had to go into the store to place an order which made me have to sit and wait 10-15 minutes. I asked them why don't answer their phones, the guy looked like a deer in headlights then said he was busy. I told him that's a good way to lose business.

Wrong order when ordering from delivery app. this doesn’t look appealing at all. never order delivery with this place. seem like they mess up orders internationally. They obviously dont care if u have transportation or not.
