Wow!

Just tried this place for the first time. Absolutely horrible service! Ordered two biscuits and two hash browns. Only received one hash brown, although charged for both.

Stood at the pickup counter for over 10 minutes while the order taker waited on drive through and counter orders. The cook had to tell her I was waiting for a to-go order. She never said hello, never a thank you and spent two minutes taping my receipt to the bag.

I see other reviews are good, so maybe I just picked the wrong day to try, but overall a really bad experience!

The food is not the same anymore they are more than cooking the food past well done and the timing takes twice aslong than it ever had and they only had 3 people in the drive way and one person inside dinning in its like this everyday now i seen how fast they move them hands qhen cooking and Ilike watching rocks walk and im talking about the tall skinmy this is the reasoni stopped coming

Literally the worst food I ever ate in my life. The hash brown was so greasy that makes me almost throw up. Serviced the worst that you can have and imagine that woman was under the register treat me like garbage and very rude. The food was old soggy, and honestly disgusting, I would’ve really advise nobody to come here and eat and the woman that was taking orders on dry drop hashbrowns bare hands with no gloves then went back to the register to touch money peoples credit cards without even watching her hands honestly zero out of zero

I love the food but the service is sooooooooooo slow. Even with the horrible service the place has been around for 50+ years (I worked there as a kid) because the food is so good!

I haven't been here in a while, but I remember it being good so I decided to get some brunch to go. Martin's sell breakfast and lunch items. Breakfast items are still available until closing time at 3pm. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the large chicken filet. Make sure you ask for condiments. They won't automatically give them to you. The lady who took my order could have been a little more friendlier. My large chicken filet was fresh and delicious as I remembered, the last time I had it. The biscuit was buttery.

The ambiance is a little dated. The food however is delicious. Arguably the best biscuits in Norcross/Doraville area.

Poor customer service. Manager rude as hell. They through my bag of food at me. lady yelling at me. Just crazy here. Seem like there racist against black and white couples. Don't know poor customer service

Thier portions are terrible . The food is just not good. No turkey options even they had chicken but no chicken sausage etc. Thier gravy taste like sprite and chicken broth that’s been sitting in a pot for hours. The biscuits are cool but just lack of seasoning . And I’m not a hater just a genuine customer who love breakfast . I’ll never be back.

I come martins since I’ve known about it for about 8 months the food is good but I’m not going to this one in this area any more though have an employee with a disgusting
Attitude it’s a guy i made a mistake and called him a ma’am then I corrected my self he acted as if I was bothering him because I ordered food I need to talk to a store Manager cause I spend money at you’re place they have to have respect for people also

My biscuit was dry and the cheese wasn't melted. I remember why I don't come here often.
