We have been to this place several time's and it was ok. This time, there was only one server and bartender. Food and drink (water) to long and one in our party never received his soda. Food came out cold or incorrect. The manager there did not help the server with anything. We go there with a big group for game watches, but that was the last time our group will meet there.

The staff could have used about two more people minimum, I was charged one hour more than I was supposed to for the pool table. The wait was long because of the short staff. However they were very nice and the food was great.

I went to pick up a uber eats order and the server told me to wait , 15 mins went by and I realized that she never asked me for the name of the order , I was just there waiting and realized I was never gonna get it, I understand it could be busy but her not asking me for the name of the order, made me realize she could care less about

Worst nachos I've ever had in my life - cheese wasn't even melted. Supposed to be vegetarian and found what looked like meat at the bottom.All of my friends who ordered cocktails regretted it. At least two people had to ask their drinks to be switched to only soda as a mixer because there was no way for the bar to mess that up.Our waitress all but disappeared for the middle chunk of our time there. Decided I'd rather just take an Uber home than risk ordering anything else.Edit: This review was posted on May 6th. The request for feedback came on August 6th, 3 months later.

It was my first time checking out Mazzys with my family. All I can say is that the atmosphere, service, and the food were superb! The place was so clean. My favorite food was the steak bites. I mean steak with mozzarella cheese- you can never go wrong with that combo. Definitely a place to go for a good night out with your friends or family.

When we went in I wasn't sure if they were open I seen no one. I went to the kitchen door and knocked Big Black woman came out and said what are you doing? I stated just wanted to find someone to let them know we were here. She with her bad attitude tells me it's against the rules what I did and she had a little more to say. So we sit at table and after waiting on 4 others that come in after us she finally took our order. When the food came it was terrible. So we complained so manager comes out and he said he didn't didn't find anything wrong but it was terrible. The big black woman does not need to work around public. She was giving us the impression that she would jump on us. Was rude and even had us thinking she would do something to the food and as you can see in the pictures we wasn't able to eat a couple of bites and still had to pay. I STRONGLY suggest not to eat here and not just the bad food but the employees are not fit to be around public.
Great time great food great atmosphere. The service is not a 10 out of 10 but it's definitely not a 5 out of 10 the food is yummy and they update their menu so it doesn't feel like the old same type of every single day. My favorite are the drinks though great selection of spirits and beers and it's usually always a party in there people are friendly from the customers to the staff.

I have always wanted to try this restaurant because a couple of my friends went here and let me know that the food was good. That being said the food was great the server was horrible. The bartender that was there is like she was the only one working and took forever just to come to get drinks. My husband and I were looking around and they were not busy the bar had a few people but not a full bar. She treated me with no respect at all, it's like when I asked for something she had an attitude don't tell my husband to ask for me and she was so pleasant with him but wouldn't even look my way and I asked my husband and he said he sees it as well, I was ready to leave after that but my husband just said we are not going to worry about her and begin to play darts. I told him we will never be coming to this place again. I refuse!!!!

Some friends and I come here weekly after our barbershop chorus rehearsal. Last night we came in, place was nearly empty aside from the three poker tables, and service was non-existent. After about 45 minutes without our order being taken, we left. To be fair, we only waited 25 minutes for the server to get to us (apparently there was a “large table” which we didn’t see when we got there). One of my friends asked for a paper menu (he has trouble reading screens at night) and it took an additional 20 minutes to get those.We’ve been coming for years (except during COVID) and the service and food used to be terrific. The food is still good, when you can get it, but it’s apparent that things need to change. I’d suggest having a limited menu (the menu is gigantic for a sports bar) after say 9 PM, like fry side and grill, then you order at the bar and take it to your table. Or you order at the bar and take a number to your table. That way you free a server up and your bartender can push drinks while you wait.Anyway, we want to keep coming back, but if it’s going to take 90 minutes for a meal at 9:30 at night, we might have to find a new haunt.

We t here for lunch, waited 45 minutes for my food, ordered a burger medium. Burger was cooked well done and burnt. Had pasta salad as a side, which was ok, but not homade. I did eat the burger, but only because I was starving. Plus, I had to get back to work, and I went over my lunch break because the food took so long. It's probably a great place to get drunk and play pool, but I wouldn't recommend having lunch there.
