Very slow service in line 20 minutes. Didn't give me napkins. I had to ask for the chicken nugget sauce. This is not the first time I've had sloppy service, but I always try to give people second changes. Last time I will go there after tiday.

It's McDonald's. Nothing more. Nothing less. Masks are required for customers entering the building but not so much for the employees behind the counter.

Went there yesterday and the ladies doing night shift were not wearing there masks when doing food. It took forever for the food to come out and all I see is them talking in the back. Please encourage all your workers to wear masks when handling our food. If they need a break let them go outside and get a breather.

Worse McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! The workers were friendly but the food was horrible. My fries were burnt, over cooked, hard, and too salty. My McFish was not cooked right and tasted old. Also the bathroom is horrible! One of the workers warned me how bad it was after I asked could I use it. She said I can go use it but she said it was a mess. The fact that the employees know this, and nothing is done to clean it shows how horrible this location is ran by management. I will never go back to this McDonald's in my life! Don't bother until they get their restaurant right!

This McDonald's is a little odd. You order at the first window instead of at the sign, which would be ok, but there is no menu at the window. The food was fine and was reasonably fast.

A guy I know mentioned that this particular McDonald's has the fastest service and freshest food. I believe he is correct.

Please avoid this McDonald’s!! I had one of the worst experiences ever!!! I will not go back there. I went to this McDonald’s drive thru along with a relative and was immediately disrespected by the disrespectful and foul language of the “manager” at 7:48am this morning. We ordered 2 breakfast platters with hotcakes and 2 orange juices. When we pulled through the drive thru our order was incorrect!! “The manager” had instead given us a egg McMuffin with only 1 breakfast platter meal!! The “manager” began to use profanity towards and refused to correct our order! We asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was “the manager.”I have never been disrespected by any service worker in my entire life!!

Worst McDonalds ever. The order board has been cracked and broken at least six months. The prices are always higher than any other store. One morning I was there at 610a and waited 10min nobody came to the window. Nobody responded at the order box. Lastly they rarely if EVER run specials like other McDonalds. Like 2 for specials. Nope choose another McDonalds.

Was actually very pleasant to going to this drive thru. Actually ordered at the window that you normally pay at first before going to the second window and picking up your food. I liked ordering from a person instead of at the speaker my order was correct no mistakes

This location doesn't honor their promise of a free thank you meal to frontline healthcare workers that is running 4/22 - 5/5. My husband is an Intensivist at Emory Midtown, he's one of the Doctors in charge of managing the sickest COVID-19 patients. He has been running the COVID-19 ICU since the outbreak hit. He is part of the actual front line of this pandemic. He was denied the option of a double cheeseburger after showing the assistant manager his hospital ID. She claimed that because he wasn't wearing his "uniform" he was ineligible. Additionally, because we were directed to pull around to the 3rd window to receive the promotion, she would not let him add an item to my order and told us that if we wanted to place another order we would have to go to the end of the line and reorder... it was a really long line and kind of salt in the wound. I know, it's just a double cheeseburger... It's the fact that he was really excited that Mc Donald's was going to give him one and they really should have. ...frontline COVID-19 healthcare workers would NEVER be wearing their scrubs/"uniform" in the car, because they know their "uniform" would be covered in the virus and every other dangerous contagion the physicians, nurses and staff come into contact with on a daily basis. McDonald's: please consider that for the people who are in the hospitals, putting their lives on the line are also taking the time to properly change after work to protect the people working at your drive thru. ...Sometimes a physician/healthcare worker comes home, throws on shorts after an all-night shift, picks up his wife and takes her to McDonald's for a "quarantine date night" lunch.

They don't know english! Something happened to their intercom so I drove up to the window and attempted to place my order. I asked for an egg and cheese mcmuffin and the Spanish lady asked, "no egg?" I then repeated my self that yes I want egg and I want an egg and cheese mcmuffin. She asked again "no egg?" LOL I then decided to change what I was saying to help her better understand and said combo number one. I drive to the second window receive my food and ask a different lady if it was an egg and cheese mcmuffin? She said yes, "si" I decided to check and make sure...it was a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin LOL. I said no this is not right, no sausage, I want an egg and cheese mcmuffin. I guess what they did was just take the sausage patty off and hand it back to me because I noticed it didn't have a slice of ham like an egg and cheese mcmuffin is suppose to have on it....all of this and still the order wasn't correct. How is this allowed? How are you employed making money when you can't complete a very simple task? I am not sure why McDonald's is paying employees that do not know the menu in English...how is this satisfactory? I am also certain the cost isn't the same however I didn't have time to try to figure that out with them....crazy.

Don’t order anything to drink from here unless you want to drink water.. everytime I come here my drink is ALWAYS watered down.. the orange juice didn’t taste anything like the other Mc Donald’s and my Hi-C looked like they filled it with water and splashed juice in the cup for color...

Literally the slowest McDonalds. I am always in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. Don’t go here if you want to be on time.
