The lady Stephanie at the window this morning was not very pleasant. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or frustrated with her job but the way she handled my food this morning, as a PAYING customer was very unacceptable.

This McDonald’s is conveniently close to both my home and workplace. During the last Monopoly event, I actually scored quite a bit of free food. My favorite was definitely the Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit paired with a small coffee — the perfect combo to kick off a relaxing weekend. I even ended up getting a free lunch item, so the whole Monopoly run felt pretty rewarding. The new Grinch Meal was another pleasant surprise. The pickle seasoning shaker fries were unexpectedly good — a tangy, salty flavor that made every fry fun to eat. It even came with a pair of socks; I got the green ones, and they’re pretty awesome. The staff here are always friendly too. The girl at the counter was really cheerful and asked what I needed right away. Eating at this McDonald’s always feels easy and relaxing. I’m honestly looking forward to whatever new collaboration meal they release next!

One of the best locations there is in this area. Pleasant staff, rapid service, orders are correct, modern and clean. No playground, but nice dining room. Bilingual staff, great service.

They open two drive thru lane but only taking orders in the first lane, people waiting on the second lane for over 10min. Then they start to take lane 2 order again. Bad management

The drive thru by very quickly which was a great thing to see but as soon as I got my order the chicken was so tough I couldn't eat I mainly ate the large fry and called it a night.

Service is really bad and slow. Made me wait in the parking spots for my drive through order for almost 15 min. Had to come inside and then they started preparing my food.

This McDonald's never misses with quality and great, fast service. I've gone to the McDonald's on Indian Trail and Pleasant Hill, yet I always come back to this one at the end of the day. They never forget anything in my order, and their coffee items are #1 in the area. The inside is also clean and well kept regularly. I hope everyone gets a raise, they deserve it!!

These places are literally so gross now. I got stuff stuck all over my shoe even walking in. The staff doesn't make their employees clean anything either. Will never go back

Huge shout out to MAURICO!! and VICTORIA!! In drive thru!! I come here every morning for my breakfast and these 2 ALWAYS greet me with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. McDonald’s is truly blessed to have these 2 apart of the team! I live all the way in buckhead and come to this McDonald’s only because of their customer service. Ms. Victoria always makes my Caramel Ice coffee the best!!! Thank you all for loving what you do and always making it a great experience!!
