This location is horrible i had to ask for my frys to be replaced 3 times 1st they were cold so when i pulled around the girl working with red hair wouldn't come to the window and avoided it intentionally after the girl in back window told her on headset we were pulling up for hot frys. So the red headed girl decided to put the cold frys back in the grease and hand them to us again so then i go inside to watch her and make sure they were dropped fresh and she gets a whole attitude walks around corner talking about how i wanted fresh frys among other employees surly she wasnt the manager in charge if so thats a mistake CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR POSITION THEN FIND ANOTHER BUT IM NOT PAYING 15.00 ON FRYS THAT ARE COLD/ RE DROPPED I DONT CARE. horrible customer service.

DONT COME TO THIS ONE…. It’s literally the worst… everytime single time we come we’re waiting at-least 25- 30 mins for our order or asked to park and wait. The last time I came they said they were all out of drinks & they only had water lol.. literally never even heard of anything like that at a McDonald’s.This time I came they didn’t have an item I purchased with my mobile order and wanted me to pay extra to replace it with something else… poor customer service, poor management, poor representation of the McDonald’s brand.

People look miserable here. The drive-through looked like I was talking to someone on the deathbed. Everyone was so serious here. No one was polite kind it was just horrible. Plus they charge you extra for one sauce.

This location is under new management in 2025. They have made some excellent operating improvements. The staff are friendly and service is up to par. However. If it's raining outside, Don't use thier drive thru. You WILL get soaking wet. The building overhang drives water at the precise distance your car is from the building. There are no gutters or canopy. Edit: The Second issue has been addressed. The drink automation was configured here for max ice. It seems to have been corrected as I get proper ice now for my Coke Zero. Thank you for listening to the customer concerns.

Why is it that my husband goes to this McDonald's and order a fry with no salt. He gets my fries back as if they were dumped in a grease pulled out and given to him. Gross 🤢
He had to go back so they can redo the fries but it seems as though they were pissed off when he returned that they then drop the fries left them for maybe a minute and a half pull them out and gave him that batch.
At least they were cooked this time. Why do we have to bring them home and put them in the air fryer to actually get the fries golden brown. I can understand the 2.5 star rating now they don't care at this particular McDonald's.
Note to the corporate office. This McDonald's is not living up to the standards that McDonald's has 🤦🏾♀️

While offering the Grinchmas meals, They were out of both the seasoning for the fries and the socks. I'm very disappointed to have put in multiple DoorDash orders in order to get my order correctly from this location.

Today when I went to eat to this place, it was one of the worst places I've ever been, it takes up to 1 hour and 15 minutes to give you the food, and they give it to you incomplete, when you complain to them they get angry. They also always have dirty tables. There are homeless people sleeping on the seats all the time or they are always asking for money. The problem is not they are asking for money or sleeping there, the problem is they smell so bad.

Imagine sitting in a long line, ordering a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and they give you a sausage egg biscuit. Im not driving all the way up there for cheese, but I’m pissed so I’m just going to leave this right here

This Mcdonalds need more trained staff. I stop to oreder here cause they seem not busy but i guess i was wrong. I order a Grinch happy meal for the box as my child was excited to get the box. The pictures speak for itself. No box and no fries. Not coming back again. Also the frappe was a dissappointment
