The burritos caused my boyfriend and I diarrhea.. I should have known when I saw some of the cilantro sprinkled on top was shriveled and brown. Perhaps they need to put dates their ingredients and wash out the containers between use? The food tasted good though. The staff was nice, although they seemed to struggle with english. The place was clean.

They can’t even speak English in here!! Made bowls instead of burritos and can’t understand what I’m telling them. I payed extra for the new crispy chicken which they don’t have but no refund.

I stopped by Moes and was greeted by the sweetest person I have meet in all my years of eating there. If you happen to see a young lady by the name Kandy, you better believe you gonna get a big smile and upbeat personality.if you see her, tell her Tracie sent you.

I've been a loyal customer of Moe's for years, but since the new management took over, things have gone downhill. The new manager seems inexperienced, and the staff has become disorganized and inattentive. The food quality has also declined, with ingredients tasting less fresh and orders frequently being wrong. It's disappointing to see a place I loved deteriorate so quickly. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

My recent visit to Moe’s wasn’t inviting. Upon entering, I was met with silence from the Spanish girl server, who only greeted me after turning away from the grill. When I mentioned her oversight, she dismissed my concern and refused to acknowledge any fault.

Upon researching Moe’s policy, I found that a complimentary meal is warranted if the initial greeting is omitted. Despite presenting this information, the server remained adamant, citing owner discretion. This inconsistency in policy enforcement was disappointing and frustrating.

Moreover, the server's dismissive attitude and rush in serving without addressing the issue further made for an unpleasant experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment to others in the area. My encounter left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I rate my experience a 0 out of 5.
