I’m writing this review after witnessing how poorly a friend/client was treated by the manager, Jazmine. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. Instead of helping or showing any empathy, Jazmine was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction.
It was uncomfortable to watch how unfairly she treated someone who was simply trying to get help. No customer should ever be spoken to that way or made to feel unwelcome. It’s clear that management needs serious training in professionalism and basic customer service.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this location until the company addresses this behavior.

Awful experience. I placed a pickup order, and the staff were extremely rude when I arrived. The host, Jasmine, was especially unprofessional and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. I was told I couldn’t order from the kids’ menu just because I’m an adult — even though I was fine paying full price. I also made it very clear that I’m allergic to beans and asked for none, but they still gave me beans anyway. That’s not just poor service — it’s dangerous. I’ll never be ordering from this place again.

I’ve been a loyal Mojitos customer for over five years and usually order every couple of weeks. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered a kids churrasco meal with no beans because of a serious allergy. I called right after placing the order to confirm that it would be made without beans, but was told it was “too late” and that the order couldn’t be changed. No apology or effort was made to fix it.
When we arrived to pick up the order, the manager, Jazmin, was rude, snatched the payment from us, and even laughed in our face. This kind of behavior is unacceptable—especially when an allergy is involved.
I’m truly saddened by how poorly we were treated and, after years of being a loyal customer, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers with allergies are treated with respect and care.

Someone’s Child
Today my kids took me to this restaurant I have never been more disappointed in my life my 61st birthday and the food was horrible my meal was the snapper which came out white with some garlic on top, my daughter ordered the fried pork and it was good , my other daughter ordered the breaded chicken it was so flat and dried she couldn’t cut it. The mojitos were good the black beans was horrible, the little we ate had our stomach tore up. We told the waiter but he didn’t care. The chicken empanada's was good and the yuca fries . The food is on my stomach and I’m in the bathroom. Money wasted

We visited Mojitos Norcross and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the pumpkin soup and the lentil soup — both were delicious, well-seasoned, and nicely presented. The service was excellent: fast, friendly, and very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, the restroom was clean and unisex, and there was internet service available even outside. Parking was free, which made the visit even more convenient. A great choice for anyone looking for good food in a pleasant and well-kept place. Highly recommended!

Been here several times and the food is always great! Never disappointed!
Yesterday me and my wife went to celebrate our anniversary and there was slight issue that came up. Any other restaurant would've dismissed our concern and could've cared less.
Great food can only take you so far if the management of a restaurant isn't equipped to handle problems that come up. I didn't catch the name of the manager yesterday, but she handled the issue.
These are the types of things that separate a good restaurant from a great one; and whether or not you return.
The food, drinks, service, and ambiance was great! Get the Paella and add the steak. The vaca frita and beef empanadas are also delicious!
Oh and the St. Sebastian cocktail is amazing if you love coconut!

The food was absolutely delicious! We came a little early on a Saturday afternoon and had no trouble getting seated right away. Our server was very nice and took good care of us. Very authentic flavors with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
