Excellent fish sandwiches. Salsa dancing was a wonderful experience. The floor was wonderful, but the room became very hot for all. The night we were there the sound system sounded very distorted.. but the regulars said that was unusual.

Had a great time. Food was okay for the $$. Nice young lady provided good service for such a large party with very good band.

The food was awesome and a good price for the portions. The ambiance was nice as well. It was a live band in the back and it had a nice place to dance after dining.

My fiancee and I have come here every Valentine's day for the past 4 years. We came on Valentine's day 2018 without much problem. I ordered the shrimp platter and asked for half fried and half blackened. The waitress said no problem and we had a decent meal. We decided to come back last Saturday night February 24 with my mom and brother. I called ahead and asked if there was a wait. I was told to come on in; that they had a table ready for us. We got there and were seated after waiting a few minutes and that's where the trouble began. Our waitress Lori seemed so nervous I thought she was on drugs. My fiancee ordered a sweet tea and I guess he asked for a refill too soon because she said she was going to leave the pitcher behind us so we wouldn't have to wait for her to refill. My fiancee asked for the seafood ravioli, clam chowder and Caesar salad. I asked for the shrimp platter the same way I got it on Valentine's day and was told they probably couldn't do it so I said if they can't, make it blackened. My fiancee got his soup and I got my salad which had tomatoes and cucumbers on it after i specifically asked for it without but she did not bring his Caesar. She said it was either soup or salad that comes with the meal. He was willing to pay extra for both but he just told her to forget the salad. We ordered 2 appetizers and were told they were accidentally given to another table so the waitress said she would bring them right out and wouldn't charge us. When our meal came, they brought me grouper instead of shrimp so I had to sit there for over ten minutes while everyone had their meals and when it came it was grilled not blackened. I asked Lori if it was blackened and she assured me that she watched them make it. When the bill came things got even worse. We had asked her at the beginning to split the bill but she said she couldn't because of the $10 discount she gave us. My fiancee told her she had said the appetizers were going to be free and she claimed that the manager would only allow this $10 discount. Finally she agreed to take them off after complaining that she was going to have to eat the loss. She said this statement at least 6 times as if it was our fault she promised us that. Eventually, she had to get another woman involved in order to split the bill and she was remarkably rude to us. She was condescending towards my mother. When my mom asked why it was split incorrectly she said, "ma'am, I split the check for you didn't I?" We paid without any thank you or have a good night from them. Meanwhile Lori kept saying what was her fault and what problems weren't her fault and that they had 100 people in the back dance floor so many times that my mom finally told her she didn't need to plead her case anymore. By the looks of the parking lot, there were not 100 people there and if so, why would you have only 2 waitresses? Needless to say, we will not be back. The food quality is good but it is overpriced and the rude and incapable staff makes it a nightmare.

This used to be a wonderful establishment in the mid '80's. I went there twice in the last few months, and the decor has not changed or updated (in 30 years) ... even the menu has the same items. The portions have shrunk, especially on the seafood dishes. The Chicken Marsala was still decent, but the seafood sauce was terrible and the seafood portions were minuscule. The lone waitress was covering two separate rooms (Thursday dinner) so we waited an excessive amount of time for our check. There are many choices in the area that offer better portions , efficient service and similar prices.
