Was so excited to see this Newk's because the one nearer me has gone down hill in good quality. Unfortunately this location was also a disappointment. I ordered a long time favorite: Newk's Favorite Salad. The chicken was terrible and unable. It was dry to the point you could visualize it.

Other than the bag of chips that came with my order none of the food was edible. The meat in my sandwich was old, dry and curled up. The potato soup was bland and flavorless. I will never order from Newks again.

I stopped at Newk's Eatery in Canton, Georgia after a doctor's appointment. I had never eaten at any Newks before and really didn't know anything about them. I ordered their Italian sub meal and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely delicious. It had perfect flavor, just warm enough, and was truly outstanding. I got a cup of fruit with it instead of chips and it was a great variety of very fresh fruit. The price was extremely reasonable as well. They employees were all very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back. The only negative I can say about Newk's is there isn't one in the town I actually live in and there needs to be. So someone, please open a Newk's in Cumming, Georgia.

Items Ordered:1. Newk’s “Q”: sandwich was extremely dry and overcooked! Lacked sauce and cheese. I couldn’t even see any cheese or sauce on the sandwich.2. Newk’s Chicken Salad sandwich: it was tasty no complaints.3. Green Goddess Salad: avocado was rotten. I picked them all off. The salad was prepared nicely with the exception of the rotten avocados. However, the salas dressing is bland. When I got home I added a little salt, lemon, and garlic and it was a hit.4. Lobster Bisque: the flavor was amiss. The sherry and cream doesn’t compliment the soup.The customer service wasn’t great. We were not greeted, the cashier didn’t engage with us given it was our first time in the restaurant. I felt like a new kid in school trying to figure out if It is self seating, self ordering, and etc. Management need to provide customer training to the front of the house staff.Overall it’s not a bad restaurant, but it can be better.

Love to go to this place to get a quick bite to eat. When you usually walk in there is a display with all the items that they have to eat to me. I feel like they have reasonable prices. Items are obviously pre-made but they do have a good taste at least. Order the soup and a sausage pizza which delightfully didn't break the bank. Happily, the place did not have any funny orders or smells or annoying pests. And the people behind the counter are helpful when you ask questions about what's on their menu. Like I said, definitely a place that's great to stop by and grab something to eat that's quick.

Definitely think I was profiled here today. I ordered a pick up order. I go in try to grab my food and this lady stops me demanding I show her my receipt. This has never happened at any establishment I have been to when I do a grab and go order. The food literally had my name on it. I told her my name and everything! I had to literally go in my email to show her my receipt. Never eating here again!

Love Newks. Salads are fantastic! My favorite is the cobb salad. Pesto chicken sandwich is also great! I would not recommend their pizzas.
Fast food...with a little bit of fancy flair... I was even able to get a beer with my salad. And have salmon on my salad. And I was excited about that. The salmon was over cooked...but it's fast food. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered salmon at a fast food place. My stomach also told me so later.

I am so disappointed. Paid $16 for this sandwich see photos. I have had the Cheesecake several times before and never has it been so small and lacking of everything. Burned charred old Tenderloin really!? Where is the Pimento cheese? Only poor management would allow this to happen. Absolutely zero care put into this food.I will never eat there again.There comes a point when you start to feel taken advantage of as a consumer.
