I happen to love this place. Some of the best banh mi that I've ever had with this literal hole in the wall. I always get 6 for $22... well now it is $25 but still a great deal for 6 sandwiches. They will ask you "Inside or Outside" when you order. They are asking whether you want the fresh veggies inside the sandwich or in plastic bags for you to add later. Make sure they add a dash of that special soy to each as well... it is a gamechanger.
Bad customer service. The 2 cashiers on 2 different days were acting like they don't want to sell their product, acting like they don't need customers. The owner or manager ( Thuy) has no responsibility for her job. I ordered 150 banh mi with Thuy, and told her I will pick it up few days after that. I reminded Thuy the day before the pickup day , she confirmed saying she will put them in the box and it will be ready for pick up the next day. I came on the pickup day, it was no banh mi ready for me, the cashier said she doesn't know anything about the pickup, and she doesn't care about the customer.I called Thuy many times, she didn't pick up the phone, I texted her, and got no response. Please don't buy the large amount of banh mi for the Church, the Temple, or the big party, and you will end up eating bo kho, ca ri....without banh mi at last minute.Bad business with bad customer service and no responsibility.
A small selection of sandwiches and desserts at very low prices. Good for a quick snack.
Located inside the Hong Kong Market to the left. The steamed sweet rice portions are larger and the price has increased to 3.75 per slice. They also have fresh bahn mi rolls as well as sandwiches. The Banh mi's are $5.
It's inside Hong Kong market, to the left, past the registers. They didn't have anything but ham when I visited but it was still great. Super fresh bread that they were actively baking, all veggies also fresh. A language barrier, but not too bad, we figured it out. My bahn-mi were about 4 bucks each.
Last Spring (2021) the food and service had deminished to the point that I and family seriously considered dropping this resturant from our "best" list. I am happy to report that Happy Valley has redeemed itself and returned to the top of our favorite Dim Sum list. Menu dishes are also top of the class. The owners have taken critisism to heart and completely turned this dining experience back to where it was - at the top of our favorite list. the pandemic has not been kind to the dining industry and all resturants have to climb over many obsticles, thankfully Happy Valley has come back all the way! Dim Sum is very good, but do not forget the desserts - egg custard and coconut tarts are exceptional.
Happy Valley made us very HAPPY. It is located in a large strip type mall are. It is a very large restaurant with lots of great employees. We enjoyed everything we picked off the rolling carts. We had a second cup of the shrimp wonton soup so that is a must. Very good price. The whole are looked very cool with other restaurant and an Asian Market. A very good stop for us!

Best BBQ pork Banh mi in Atlanta.Best croissants too!
Wow! I'm so happy to finally find a great Atlanta area Dim Sum restaurant! This restaurant is very clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. The variety of Dim Sum foods was amazing. They had all our favorites and lots of new things to try. We did arrive a few hours after Dim Sum started, so the food was not as hot as I would have liked it, but we will just make sure to get there early next time. Great restaurant and we can't wait to enjoy Dim Sum there again very soon!

When you walk in, you'll feel as though you've been transported to Asia. Yes, dim sum is Chinese but most of the people I encountered - both the guests and the staff were Vietnamese. The food was very good and the service unobtrusive. This not only a restaurant but an event hall. So, do be sure that you've checked to see that they have a wedding or something and therefore will close the dining room. This would only really be an issue if you want to visit at off-, irregular hours.
Excellent service..get the jasmine tea..barbecue pork dim sum The best..Make sure to get the red bean sesame balls for dessert.
Went to the Hong Kong Supermarket and saw the sign for this restaurant nearby. The dumplings, sticky rice, and stuffed noodles were delicious and the staff did an excellent job of serving. We'll be returning, especially on a busy Saturday morning.
The store is inside the supermarket just in case you can't find it.The iced coffee is awesome. The food is good.
