My family has been coming to this bakery for almost 10 years. The bread is good, however the price has only gone up while the service has gone down. The last time I was there they charged me for an extra bread that I didn't receive. Before that, while I was paying, the lady at the counter didn't even look at me while she was on the phone with someone. Today my parents passed by and my mom dropped a loaf of bread. The lady at the counter told him he could take it home or throw it away but she would still have to charge him. No good customer service, very disappointing.
