The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. Despite having 10 employees available, the manager chose to assign only one person to the front counter, resulting in painfully slow service. This lack of efficiency is completely ridiculous and frustrating for customers.

I come here quite frequently. Food is very consistently good. It was dirty today, but it never has been. Sunday staff not as friendly and cordial as weekday staff. I would recommend them any time, but more during the week.

Abrupt customer service (I inquired about the use of a different condiment for my bagel… And the answer was “no!“ It could’ve been a lot different… “I’m sorry we’re not able to do that, but we can accommodate with these condiments, etc.…“. ) ., maybe her early start of day was on the wrong side of the bed; decided not too order food … only coffee.

How come EVERYTIME I try to get an apple or banana from Panera, it's ALWAYS rotting bad? Any panera I'm Florida or Georgia seems to be the same about that.
