Food has always been great here, but just ordered a caesar salad with chicken to go today. Got back to the office and half way through it i bite down on something hard. A STAPLE, in my salad. Thank god i didn't swallow it. Called the restaurant to report it so that they could check their lettuce and was told that they don't have any staples around that area. Well one ended up in my salad. Won't be visiting there again.

I ordered the same sandwich 2 days in a row and the mixed greens were nasty both times. Soggy and brown. Someone needs to do quality control. The mixed greens aren’t ever like that at other paneras. They keep rapid pickups behind the counter because they get stolen. I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup but it wasn’t on the shelf so I waited about 5 minutes before I asked someone making the food and that’s the story I got. Maybe put a sign up at the rapid pickup.

Failed customer service. I don’t know if everyone woke up cranky at this location or what the deal was. Husband (Latino) walked in to purchase some soufflés and people here could not be bothered to attend him. Someone (white) walked in after him and was immediately taken care of. Made it seem like because he isn’t white he can’t get kind service. I don’t understand. Then another thing I found to be super petty was that when he finally was attended the soufflés were boxed up as per usual and all of a sudden when handed the bag for our togo order the soufflés are in paper bags. Which let me say is not a problem-BUT to take something that had already been boxed up and touch it again while one was not looking was incredibly suspicious. Nonetheless, he took his order and left. Will not be returning.

We had a great experience visiting this PB location for the first time.We enjoyed a delicious cappuccino, some of their toasted sandwiches and tomato soup. The manager Andres was very kind, he even helped us deciding what to order. Can’t wait to be back.

I decided to eat here for lunch today and I ordered a chicken sandwich on a baguette. I put in my mobile order, go pick it up and arrive back with my lunch. I open my sandwich and this is what I get……there’s no chicken, hardly greens, no sauce, bread is burnt and the cheese is practically nonexistent. This is absurd.

I just came from reviewing Sugarloaf. ?It is so unfortunate that Peachtree Corners is not my closest location. It's like a totally different owner. The manager is great. The ambiance. The cleanliness. The food presentation. It's amazing how the same food can be so much better when it's prepared with an uplifting attitude.I have nothing but good to say about Peachtree Corners. Reviewed on 12/12/23

Baby, the manager, Andrais, is so rude! I had already been waiting 20-25 minutes for a door dash order. I didn't mind, because the female employees were so friendly and efficient on getting the order done. Andrais tells me that he needs five more minutes to make a beverage, and I told him that I've already been waiting 20 minutes (in a polite way). He tells me that I can send another driver and kept consistently saying this. I told him that I wasn't leaving and to please make the order. He is very rude! He kept on arguing with me. Everything was going just fine until he walked to the counter trying to take over. Kudos to the females who were working up front. I pray that I don't have another delivery where I have to deal with him. I'm still waiting for this order as we speak!

We came here on Saturday night, our first time back since they’ve remodeled. Located on a main drag, plenty of parking and the remodel looks nice and modern. Dining room area still huge. Service was friendly, helpful and better than ever. Shout out to Celestina for putting together a yummy take home box of treats. Sourdough bread bowls were hot and delicious. Perfect for the colder weather. I got the broccoli cheddar and hubby got the chicken noodle. Broccoli cheddar was the better selection as it doesn’t make the bowl too soggy. The pastries were to die for, especially the Orange Scone.

Best Panera store I ve been to. When I went in today, their system was down. But as a regular sip club member, they gave me a cup for my coffee. And gave me my regular cinnamon crunch bagel and asked me to pay the next time I come to the store. The store is always neat and serene for us early morning birds. Thanks to the manager for the welcoming atmosphere.

The cashier was high and failed to get my order correct twice. The second time he went and made the order himself, wiped his nose with his gloved hand twice, burned the bagel, forgot the correct cheese, and didn't bother to put salt and pepper.Worst service I've experienced at a panera bread.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The sandwiches are served on fresh bread and bagels. They have a delicious Chicken & Wild Rice soup and a delicious Chicken Tikka Masala soup too. I also want to point out the great service and mention Celestina. She has helped me so much when I've ordered from the counter and when I've ordered from the self serve kiosk. So, a big thumbs up for Celestina and the Norcross Panera!!!
