I recently had a disappointing experience at Papa John's [Papa John's Spaulding on July 25 .Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues. The main problems I encountered were , They mixed my order up, then when called the location the Manager said he did not mess up the order and he refused to make another pizza, and then hung up on me. Then I called back and he refused to give me his manager’s contact, then he hung up again. Very poor service and terribly ran business. Hope to contact the owner soon. Will never give my money to this business again.
Given these issues, I would rate my experience at this location a 1 out of 5. I hope Papa John's takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service and quality in the future.

Do not order from here. Disappointed to have to leave a negative review but what else can be done when the food is delivered to the wrong place, left on a doorstep, then no discount or new pizzas are delivered to the appropriate address, and management tells you to go pick it up. Ha. Is this even real?

I had a pizza delivered to my house and the pizza showed up cold and it took 2 hours for it to get to my house.

After spending over $200 with the location order being made 3hours prior to the need time of delivery, food arrived 25 mins late, from a location that is 8 mins away, pizza was cold, seasonings and sauces had sweated together in thd bag making them unusable. Was provide horrible customer service was advised at 6pm the driver was on the way, then at 6:13 advised the driver had just left 5 mins ago and would be arriving shortly, the driver finally arrived at 6:25, 5 mins before the end of my associates break, with the only excuse given is the space was needed between best friend rd, which the app used our location to find. No sorry for the inconvenience, no form of compensation for the delay. Will never order from them personally or professionally again. Devin was rude and arrogant.
Very clean and friendly location. I ordered within 25 min of them closing and my pizza 🍕 was excellent, ready quickly and the employee was very polite. 💯 💫

This location has gone down hill big time. The quality of the pizza has gotten worse each time I've visited and the order is usually wrong. The people that work there hate their job and they make sure that the customers know it. I have made my last visit to this place.

Pizza was awful. Did not recognize as Papa Johns. Toppings so sparse most of the topping did not make it on most slices. The crust was awful. Nothing like the chewy crust I remember. Even the pepper was like a dried piece of wax.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location twice now and been disappointed both times. The first time I ordered a large half/half (the works/chicken and mushroom) and there were barely any toppings on it. It looked like I ordered a cheese pizza instead but I let it slide thinking there might be a new worker training. The second time I got a large the works pizza and there were only 2 pieces of topping on each slice! Not sure what’s going on at this location and why they’re skimping out on the toppings. I never had this issue other locations.
