It’s not the pizza, or customer services mostly everybody been alright. It’s the false advertisement for me, why have a big poster on you glass entrance to show to Customer and don’t honor it in the store. That’s false advertisement. No where on the advertisement say only on online orders.

Papa John’s failed to deliver my full order, and when I contacted the store, they were reluctant to send out the missing items. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty refused to offer one and would not provide his name when I asked so I could file a formal complaint with corporate. There was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This will definitely be my last time supporting this location.

I Rated this Papa John’s highly because of the staff. After the second time I came back, they had recognized me and knew my order. That goes a long way when the person making your food cares about your food and cares Enough to engage in conversation, memorize your order, and cater to you to make sure you have what you need.

Placed a fairly large order and it took almost an hour to show up on the tracker that it was finished and on its way. Followed the driver on the tracker and when he arrived in my neighborhood, the vehicle went still and disappeared from the map. I called the store and the manager was useless, saying he doesn’t have the drivers phone number. How do you not have a drivers number when they work for you! Proceeded to call CS they were just as useless, and said only the store can issue a refund. The store had just closed and the food never arrived. Now I know why I was warned against ordering from this store, they have poor owners and managers, and incompetent drivers. The mobile app should learn a thing or two about door dashes messaging drivers feature, overall poor experience and lost a customer for life.

This Papa Johns is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The pizza came quickly, well portioned, beautifully cooked to perfection and the flavor is top notch!! The number one Papa Johns location bar none! I hope to find the store number because the people here need to be recognized for their excellent work!

I came in to pick up an online order. As I am walking in the guy who works here was outside smoking weed and yelled to tell me that he probably hasn’t even started the order. Instead of coming into the store seeing that he has a guest he continues to smoke for another couple of mins until someone else shows up. Once he enters the store he has a rude attitude with the other costumer because he was asking if the door dash order was ready. I’m not one to bash store ratings but this was ridiculous

The dasher messages me that someone else had already picked up my order, and that the store refused to make another pizza for me. I tried calling him 2-3 times but he wildly pickup and opted to message me still instead.

Then I contacted DoorDash support and they told me they would call the store. They did so, and told me the store denied my request of making me a new pizza.

So at this point, I called Papa John’s since DoorDash was not able to help. The store clerk told me that he wasn’t going to make another one and that I needed to cancel my order/get a refund, and then re-order. I order from this store very frequently and have spent lots of money with them… The guy that answered the phone at the store even acknowledged this fact. Very disappointing they weren’t even willing to fix their own mistake. They just played the blame game saying it was the dashers fault that stole it.

P.S. Also the food has always hit or miss, leaning towards miss🥲

I recently had a disappointing experience at Papa John's [Papa John's Spaulding on July 25 .Unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues. The main problems I encountered were , They mixed my order up, then when called the location the Manager said he did not mess up the order and he refused to make another pizza, and then hung up on me. Then I called back and he refused to give me his manager’s contact, then he hung up again. Very poor service and terribly ran business. Hope to contact the owner soon. Will never give my money to this business again.

Given these issues, I would rate my experience at this location a 1 out of 5. I hope Papa John's takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service and quality in the future.

Do not order from here. Disappointed to have to leave a negative review but what else can be done when the food is delivered to the wrong place, left on a doorstep, then no discount or new pizzas are delivered to the appropriate address, and management tells you to go pick it up. Ha. Is this even real?
