This location has gone down hill big time. The quality of the pizza has gotten worse each time I've visited and the order is usually wrong. The people that work there hate their job and they make sure that the customers know it. I have made my last visit to this place.

Pizza was awful. Did not recognize as Papa Johns. Toppings so sparse most of the topping did not make it on most slices. The crust was awful. Nothing like the chewy crust I remember. Even the pepper was like a dried piece of wax.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location twice now and been disappointed both times. The first time I ordered a large half/half (the works/chicken and mushroom) and there were barely any toppings on it. It looked like I ordered a cheese pizza instead but I let it slide thinking there might be a new worker training. The second time I got a large the works pizza and there were only 2 pieces of topping on each slice! Not sure what’s going on at this location and why they’re skimping out on the toppings. I never had this issue other locations.

Should be the worst ever papa John’s in the area . The person on duty refused to provide napkins/ plates. Was not wearing gloves. Poor customer service . How is this person even employed here with such bad attitude. Never visit ever again.
There was a girl , young , with a hat on. Loud as all outside until I asked her about my food. Kept touching her phone while she was handling dough. A guy with a ring on and shades was amazing. Talked me through the experience. the manager in a blue grayish shirt kept side eyeing the lobby like she was afraid to speak. The food came out pretty good. Wings were a little bit undercooked or gamy 3/5

Anytime I’ve ever came to this location whether I’m picking up for myself or doing a DoorDash order. I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience for my order being wrong to the wait time it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Worst customer service imaginable. The employees do not greet their guest and only acknowledge people when it’s convenient for them. They talk rudely about the customers openly. It’s the craziest thing. Just go to the papa John’s down the street. I promise you will regret coming in this place if these people act like this on a regular basis. Good luck
