I had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location. I called ahead to redeem a Papa John’s gift card and was told by a customer service representative over the phone that I could bring the gift card to the store and provide the card number in person to pay for my order.
When I arrived, I explained the situation and gave the gift card number as instructed. However, the staff member at the counter refused to accept it, saying I either had to pay out-of-pocket or wait 30 minutes for a resolution. I was with my daughter, trying to get dinner, and even after waiting patiently, nothing was done to help. Eventually, I had no choice but to pay for the food myself just to be able to leave.
It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication between customer service and the store, and zero effort to resolve the issue in-store. I won’t be returning to this location

I called the store because I had forgotten to update my work address to my home address and asked if I could have my pizza delivered to my house, as it was a DoorDash order. The person on the phone was rude and unprofessional, initially stating no but later admitting that he had canceled my order because he didn't have medium pizza dough.

Had food delivered. Order was not right. 4th time in a row that I ordered extra peppers and got one pepper. I finally decided to call. Manager first said that it was not his store after I watched the door dash driver leave from there and then blamed it on the door dash driver for eating my extra peppers.

The "CUSTOMER SERVICE" here is horrible. Staff is very unprofessional and rude as hell!! I called to inform them , that my order was not received. Eventhough, it said it was delivered to me. They kept me on hold for 45 minutes. So,I had to call on 3 different phones at the same time to finally get someone. They hung up on one of the calls without even responding. The second phone I was on hold for 45 minutes, 3rd phone 24min before a person actually picked up. He had the nerve to tell me they have a 3rd party delivery. That not their fault if the driver didn't deliver. WOULDN'T ORDER OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO THIS LOCATION. JIMMY CARTER BLVD. NORCROSS, GEORGIA. I gave one star only because I can't give zero
