The "CUSTOMER SERVICE" here is horrible. Staff is very unprofessional and rude as hell!! I called to inform them , that my order was not received. Eventhough, it said it was delivered to me. They kept me on hold for 45 minutes. So,I had to call on 3 different phones at the same time to finally get someone. They hung up on one of the calls without even responding. The second phone I was on hold for 45 minutes, 3rd phone 24min before a person actually picked up. He had the nerve to tell me they have a 3rd party delivery. That not their fault if the driver didn't deliver. WOULDN'T ORDER OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO THIS LOCATION. JIMMY CARTER BLVD. NORCROSS, GEORGIA. I gave one star only because I can't give zero

I placed the order through Papa Johns. They sent the order through DoorDash. My order was $27. When he arrives, we pay with $40 and asked for a 10 back. he said I’m about to go grab it like he was getting the change out of his car. Why did this man get in the car and leave? What’s crazy is I was going to tip him five extra dollars when he came back.!!! But like you don’t that was my last $10 and taking them from these kids mouth!! I called Papa Johns. They said I had to call DoorDash. But I didn’t place the order through DoorDash so I don’t have a DoorDash tracking number. I called door dash and they didn’t help me either.

Did you not pay the delivery people at all? Why are they directing their anger at the customer? I had to rewrite this after calming down and trying to “fit in their shoes.” First of all, I PAID for the pizza and the tips for delivery person in advance. I would give them more tips if they handed the pizza directly to ME. They might have rang the doorbell and I might not heard. They could have contact me; I had my phone number literally on the pizza. I only knew the delivery man was outside because of my friend telling me “a black car in driveway.” I could not run outside and greet a stranger because who know who. Everything could be easier if the delivery person could have contact me instead of driving back and throwing the pizza on the counter. And made me WAITED 30 to 45 minutes and called twice for delivery update. Secondly, this was for a BIRTHDAY PARTY. GRANDMA came up to open pizza box only to see disgusting mess. She refused to eat because she thought “ya’ll spit on the pizza.” Pizza and $25 and $3 (plus possibly more if they handle situation well) into the trash. Thank you PapaJohn for training your member RIGHT and for a fresh pizza. Thank you both delivery men for celebrating birthday with us and giving us SURPRISE! Domino pizza is having a deal, may as well check it out.

Never delivers everything you order! Delivered my pizza but none of my drinks or dipping sauces! I do not understand why a simple task is so hard to accomplish? Check the order before you leave to deliver it! Called them and they said they will bring it out when they can because they're busy. Horrible location. Papa johns just lost a customer!

ORVILLE WAS SO AMAZING….. I can’t even find the words to express my experience at the Jimmy Carter Blvd in NORCROSS location. He was more than a gift from a source SOURCE of all beings to me and has given another chance to state for the records there are still a few great people around. ORVILLE thank you so much.
