I gave this location 5 stars a year or two ago, because they had turned things around from previous years in service and quality of the food. I have to change my rating due to the quality of the pizza itself. The dough in my recent order had the consistency of the cardboard of the box. I picked my pizza up 15 minutes after ordering it, and had a slice immediately after returning home 5 minutes later. It was hot and very fresh, but this is not the dough I remembered. I used to work at Papa Johns’s in Tuscaloosa, AL. This is dramatically worse than I have ever had anywhere. The service was cold and indifferent, but I wouldn’t say it was poor. I was in and out quickly with a very hot, fresh pizza; it just happened to be of significantly reduced quality from what I have ever experienced at any Papa John’s I’ve ever been to.

Terrible service, I ordered two pizzas ? and they never arrived, this guy who looked Indian and didn't even know English. Then I made a claim and they canceled my calls. It doesn't even deserve a star

We recorded credit card fraud on 02/24/24 at this location after ordering pizzas the night before for our film crew. We let the manager know as a courtesy that he had confirmed credit card fraud attempt at his location and just like every unaccountable corporate manager he not only didn’t care but told us the pizza orders on his screen were more important to him than looking into a serious issue. We’ll follow up if they provide an apology or at least an acknowledgement. I’m sure with this type of attitude problems will continue. Fast food apathy.

Excellent prices and pizzas?, better than dominoes
I love papa johns!!! I love it because in the app you can enjoy prizes as well as free pizza. You can also use coupons and they still give you a good discount. I love Papa Johns ?

The pizza we ordered was done perfectly. We were able to pick the pizza up earlier than expected which was very nice. The woman who helped us was very sweet and helpful when we picked up our pizza. Overall this was a great experience!

The door dasher person was horrible took my pizza to the wrong door and placed it on the floor so rude like I’ll never order from here again

We always order here and it's great. But the garlic parmesan breadsticks ended up being just a box of plain breadsticks. When we took it back to the store this is what their solution was. Gotta do better
