My go to Papa Johns! Got attended by a really nice employee, I didn't get his name, but he's really hardworking and charming with his personality! The pizza was great too, it did fall apart as soon as I picked up a slice, but only because this location always does me right with the amount of toppings!!

I didn't get the guy who's workings name but he was very helpful. He got our order and made the pizzas quickly. The service experience was better than I expected!

Papa John's pizza from Norcross is absolutely AMAZING!! I love how they taste!! My only problem though is that the employees don't wear gloves during making the pizza. I know that all germs and etc get cooked in the oven but I would appreciate if the employees wore some gloves, but otherwise it's amazing. The Papa John's place itself isn't so bad, but I would totally recommend some more seating areas inside and more beverages.

Update: The remake never arrived & the “manager” lied about it ever being made & then lied about it being delivered.

This location needs to just cut their losses & CLOSE. Ordered online & received someone else’s order. DoorDash driver was clueless. I called the store & explained the error & was met without one ounce of customer service. They are allegedly remaking my order so we will see how that goes.

This was my attempt at giving them another chance after about 6 months. However, I’m completely done & I will never order from them again.

If I could get away with rating this place with zero stars, I would I received a takeout order that had a small roach in the box with my pizza. I called and spoke with management who did not give a refund. Her words to me was I’m sorry that happened.

Yes complications can be everywhere in any establishment. Especially when it's hard to find good candidates that care about the job. But regardless of the complications... This place has always made it better. Every interaction with every employee has always been great and yes I admit when I deliver it's a bit complicated at night but overall I get great customer service and Mr Jeremy today... Worked like a pizza machine itself to get my pizza to me . Even with out drivers...Super blessed to have beaver ruin as my neighborhood papa doughs

Pizza took too long to be made. Door was messed up so I couldn't go in. Not enough staff to handle Saturday business. It's a shame that this can many is too greedy to give customers a proper experience

No one is using gloves just bare hands to make the pizzas and the same guy taking money and payments is also making the pizzas. Very disgusting and unsanitary
