Collin’s the store manager was such a delight. He provided my daughter and I with excellent service from the moment we arrived in the store.
This Pizza Hut location is by far the best around! The service is always friendly, quick, and they truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — exactly what you expect when craving Pizza Hut. Every visit feels consistent, and it’s clear the staff take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this location if you want great food and even better service!

Terrible service, I walked in to order my pizza, mid sentence I asked to use the restroom (located in the lobby), and the manager told me it was employee only. What in the 'Gas Station' kind if service is that?
So, my money is good, but I cant use a restroom in the hallway for patrons.
Worst part, I had my 12 yr old daughter with me, and when we got to the car, she asked if he profiled us!
I just moved to Peachtree Corners, didn't realize there was a Pizza Hut so close. Unfortunately, I will never spend a dollar at this location, and will post on all review platforms this week.

Collins resolved this issue for me and I greatly appreciate it. Human error is inevitable but what matters is how complaints are addressed. The manager has resolved this issue and I am satisfied with the outcome.
Ordered a pizza at 1045 pm and the store's hours are posted as closing at 12 midnight. When I arrive to order the pizza there is a line of people outside and a pizza hut Worker visitor but clearly ignoring customers. We waited and knocked amd waited and knocked and the pizza hut employee acted as if she could not hear nor see people who had paid and were waiting for their food. Very unprofessional and frankly just rude. At the very least ahe could have explained why no one was receiving their food. Picture below for proof. 6/16/2025 Norcross location off of peachtree pkwy.

Collins the manager at this location resolved a customer service issue and I truly appreciate it. Customer service is what delineates which businesses a consumer will continue to visit. Good job, Collins.

Dealt with Emily at the front in the cashier. She was incredibly rude and had a strong negative attitude with us. We asked her questions about our order and she spoke with us rudely each time. Then we proceeded to ask her if she can throw the reciept away and she said “the trash can is right there honey”.

It might be a good idea to stop accepting orders when you have no one to deliver them in the timeframe promised.
Another pizza was cold on arrival.
Disappointed.
Also, I ordered chicken sausage and fiery red peppers. Why are these bell peppers on my pizza!
Pizza is wrong, I was supposed to get 2 Pepsi and 2 Dr. Pepper. Only pepsi came, delivery was super slow..WTF??

I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I feel like my order was premade like at little Ceasar’s. I ordered a pretty large order for 7 people. My pizzas tasted old like they were just sitting on a warming tray waiting to be purchased. Pick up to drive home was a 3 min drive so it shouldn’t have tasted like yesterday’s reheated meal. The only thing hot and fresh were my cheese sticks. To add insult to injury NONE of the slices were fully cut so I had to rip the pizza slices apart due to us having no knives in the hotel room we were staying in. I’m so disappointed.

Second time this has happened with me with different people so that tells me that this place doesn't care about customer service. You come in. You see your food isnt ready per the information screen. You sit down and they ask if they can help you? You tell them what order you are waiting for and they rudely say “Well its not ready!”. I know that. Thats why I was sitting my ass down! I was expecting a “Just a few more minutes” or something. Not a scolding from the teacher.

Worst service ever, I ordered a pizza and it came incorrect, burnt and old. It was like they gave me someone’s pizza that was under the heater for hours. I called back and spoke to a gentleman. He apologized and told me it would be delivered in another hour. An hour goes by no pizza. So I called back and spoke to a very rude, unprofessional lady. She informed me since it’s a different shift there is nothing they can do for me. I’m very upset now because she kept repeating this. I had to get in my car after working all day, waiting 2 hours for dinner for my kids to go have this fixed. Very inconvenient, unprofessional, no empathy, no consideration. They would not give me any names, nor corporate’s phone number. I’ve been ordering from here for the past 4 years and will never again.
