Bought the Tavern pizza and it was burnt. Staff graciously remade it, but wouldn’t remake the burnt chocolate chip cookie, saying they weren’t cool with doing that. I wasn’t trying to scam, just didn’t want burnt food.

Order stuffed crust with pepperoni and bacon and got onions EVERYWHERE!!! Trying to call the store is ridiculous because you keep getting the call center and they won’t do anything.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered over an hour ago,driver was lost even though we are a mile from their location. I called the driver and he was lost,.I called the store and ask for a refund and the employee hung up on me. I find it hard to believe that someone taking orders has the right to just hang up on a customer. So, while I am typing this I have been on hold for another 8 minutes. Now they say they are going to resend the order and it will be 30 minutes more to get here. I will not let this go, I don't treat people that way and I won't have people treating me that way.

I usually never leave reviews but Dee is special. You can’t teach motivation, drive and an outgoing personality. She went above and beyond her job of explaining the specials and being friendly and outgoing. I usually don’t order from Pizza hut but might start to more because of Dee.
For quite a while I had been using this location to have pizzas delivered to my Team. However, for past several months the service has been horrible. The “manager” (or so he says) obviously doesn’t want to assist in any way and is absolutely useless. My previous encounter with this individual has caused me to never want to use Pizza Hut again and certainly not this location.

"I remember when"... Pizza Hut used to be delicious. The crust was buttery good, the cheese was cheesy and the sauce tasted like sauce. Those "good ole days" are long gone. I recognize that fact that Pizza Hut is fast food pizza. Still, it should taste like pizza. Over the years, Pizza Hut has maintained relatively cheap fast food prices. That I appreciate. However, the quality of the product has deteriorated to the degree that it's almost inedible. I ate it because I paid for it but did not enjoy one bite. I miss so much "the good ole days".
