I placed an online order ,Had the tracker on it and it said that my pizza would be delivered on time then after 25 min I look again and at that point it was already 45 min and food was already delivered . FOOD NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I then called the store ,” Josue answered “ was VERY RUDE!! Talking over me when I was trying to explain. At this point i asked to speak to the manager . Coming to find out .” he the manager”!! He told me that the order was cancelled 3 min after i placed the order, Because ppl steal food when its delivered!! and blaming there delivery person not reading notes. “I am still processing what i had just heard him say “. When the tracker said other wise waiting 45 min for a pizza that was already cancelled and no email or text for me to know. The manager was RUDE, UNHELPFUL and just blaming the delivery person and the location. Josue the Manager is and was horrible!!!! Why would pizza hut hire a person like this as a manager, him alone makes this place HORRIBLE .

For the last 3 to 4 months, We have ordered from this store thru the ap, the call center, and the actual store phone. The food has been at best edible and. Very often it is not correct. The store has allowed my order to be partially delivered everything. They have left off sauces, they have left out completely melts and pizzas, they have not sent the. Correct amount of cheese shakers, if they sent any at all. We ordered 2 large meat lovers with lite sauce and extra cheese over an hour and a half ago, and still hasn't been delivered. Called the store, they answered with can you hold? This store is an absolute display of what happens when Noone is held accountable for doing the job right.

I ordered 37.00 worth of pizza. Had the tracker on it and it said that my pizza would be delivered in 9 min then after 10 min I look again it said 21 min. So I call the store the night manager Josue was VERY RUDE!! He told me that the driver called I advised him that I changed the number on the online app and no one called annd I had the screen shot showing it. and how could the driver not find my apartment number when I put specific directions. It is 10:30 at night I spend my last 37.00 to feed my family and now I don’t have my food and I have to wait for my money to return to my acct. The manager was RUDE, UNHELPFUL then had the nerve to be short and say he don’t have time. I bet he didn’t because I am sure his family is now home eating my food!!! I wish I could give this place no stars. Again Josue the Manager is and was horrible!!!!

I have been to a lot of Pizza hut locations in metro Atlanta- but Maria seems to be very fast,has a great memory, and has very good customer service skills,The pizza is always top notch when she manages, and she certainly is one of the best managers I have seen at Pizza hut

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....as shown on the picture the receipt has my name on it. I go into the restaurant say my name the guy at the register didn't even look but says they don't have order for that name. I show my confirmation email as i made it online. Once again without looking states that never came thru their system and i would have to reorder. I state I'm not bc I've already paid and they need to check and figure it out. He has had an attitude this whole conversation. He turns to final check.. Order is sitting in the warmer. He throws my food down and say well you made that harder than it had to be the order was right there. I have never had to deal with such customer service at this location and this was a deal breaker i will NEVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN this is the second time I've had to deal with this horrible worker and is the last.
