This store is very unprofessional I placed my order and after it was past the time my pizza was expected to be delivered. I see online it doesn’t look like the pizza is on its way to me yet so I call to check on the status and was told “your order is ready we’re just waiting for a DoorDash driver” I asked if they have an eta for when the driver will get there. I was told “we really don’t have an eta and can’t you give you one” then was placed on hold and the man got back on the phone to tell me “your pizza has just been dispatched and will arrive soon” I asked for an eta and was placed on hold again… someone got back on the phone and said “will this be delivery or carry out” I had to then remind them the reason of I was on hold and got placed back on hold! I was on hold for 25 minutes and I finally decided to use my husbands phone to call them. They picked right up “carry out or delivery “ I asked to speak with the manager who was very rude and did not try to give me any solution so I asked for a refund and to speak to someone above her. I was told “there’s nothing I can do for you ma’am and my boss is not here today” and she tried to assure me that my order said it could take up to an hour to arrive and I assured her that it had been over an hour now. She tried to tell me what time I placed my order and as I’m looking at the email she has the wrong time and even if that was the correct time IT STILL WAS OVER AN HOUR and then she hung up on me. So whoever was the “manager” of shift lead on 11/23/24 @ 9pm has HORRIBLE customer service!!! I was STILL on hold from my phone. They get back on the phone “carry out or delivery “
I repeated again that I want a refund because I still hadn’t received any pizza!!! The employee told me that I had to call DoorDash to request my refund even though I did not place my order through DoorDash I went online and specifically chose this store. Not to mention this is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location. The last time I placed an order i was told they did not have wings and would have to request a refund & this text came from the DoorDash driver, so I call the store they told me they do have wings and eventually ended up sending the wings after the pizza arrived. Just horrible the service is AWFUL if i could give 0 stars I would’ve
Bad service, they don't respond kindly, if they are angry, they don't work, you buy with money not given away 😡😡
This Pizza Hut is very bad.
My order was ready when I arrived to pick up. The pizza and wings were really flavorful. First time ordering for this location and definitely recommend.

Drivers not following request to leave food at the door, instead they are coming in the porch and knocking, had my boxes in his hands already no thermal bag and handed them directly to me.
EXTREMELY SLOW.
I have been there 3 times and 3 times I have had terrible service, it makes me wait almost 20 minutes when the food is already ready

I don’t like this pizza restaurant because It’s too big and too greasy when I eat it because it’s having a lot of cheese and grease on the inside and outside and never coming back to this place ever again.

I have given this location too many chances. This is the third time I’ve gotten pizza with no sauce. Then they had the nerve to have an attitude when I called about it. Poor customer service and young young unintelligent staff. Go to another location.

Always. Check. Your. Order. I’m done with this location. More than once they’ve failed to give me what I ordered, this time neither pizza was correct. They did offer to make me what I actually ordered, so I waited, but no apologies, no acknowledgment. When the clerk handed me the first set, it was over his register partition and I had to make space on the counter next to me to put them down and open them to check. You should always check your order.
