This store has a bad habit of cancelling orders for 3rd party orders 30-40 minutes before close. If you close at the posted times 12:15am and we arrive at 11:25pm for 3rd party pick-ups then how does that make any sense? But then there's still customers coming in for pick-up

I placed an online order ,Had the tracker on it and it said that my pizza would be delivered on time then after 25 min I look again and at that point it was already 45 min and food was already delivered . FOOD NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I then called the store ,” Josue answered “ was VERY RUDE!! Talking over me when I was trying to explain. At this point i asked to speak to the manager . Coming to find out .” he the manager”!! He told me that the order was cancelled 3 min after i placed the order, Because ppl steal food when its delivered!! and blaming there delivery person not reading notes. “I am still processing what i had just heard him say “. When the tracker said other wise waiting 45 min for a pizza that was already cancelled and no email or text for me to know. The manager was RUDE, UNHELPFUL and just blaming the delivery person and the location. Josue the Manager is and was horrible!!!! Why would pizza hut hire a person like this as a manager, him alone makes this place HORRIBLE .

Every time i order online i get a drink and every time it missing from the order and they blame on the delivery driver instead of admitting they messed up I will not be ordering from this location again

For the last 3 to 4 months, We have ordered from this store thru the ap, the call center, and the actual store phone. The food has been at best edible and. Very often it is not correct. The store has allowed my order to be partially delivered everything. They have left off sauces, they have left out completely melts and pizzas, they have not sent the. Correct amount of cheese shakers, if they sent any at all. We ordered 2 large meat lovers with lite sauce and extra cheese over an hour and a half ago, and still hasn't been delivered. Called the store, they answered with can you hold? This store is an absolute display of what happens when Noone is held accountable for doing the job right.
