I went with my brother to this place, and the service was terrible, there were some children buying pizza and they treated him very badly, and they also treated me very badly, terrible service

This man who attended to us treats people very badly. Previously he was serving a child and treated him very badly and then when it was my turn he also treated me very badly and left and left me standing as if I were a beggar who came to order pizza and had no way to pay. Please these people don't deserve to have this job. There are other people with cheerful personalities who want to be in your shoes doing the right thing regarding the attention that we as customers deserve.

This location does not understand what cheese sticks are. They did a single diagonal cut down it making it not practical for dipping. When called to complain, the employee stated 'thats how we cut it, it's not hard to cut it yourself' manager confirmed that's how they cut it. Will not be returning.

They said it will take 15min so I went i to my car and came back after 15min and they said it’s still not ready. I had to wait 1hr. After taking my order the chicken wings was put into broken bowl so the sauce leaked into my car seat by the time I got home. Terrible experience!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery. I live in a gated community and let the driver know the gate on the resident side is open. Driver kept saying the gate was closed. I had to go meet the driver at the gate just to get my food. I paid a delivery charge to basically pick up my own food because the driver didn’t want to come to my door. After I met the driver at the gate he just got out of his car and stood there until I asked him if he was delivery driver for Pizza Hut.

I don’t why but this place bread stick is hard as a rock. They are very oily too. It’s hurt my tongue to chew these bread sticks. This the only Pizza Hut that has this problem and unfortunately it’s the one near me. I couldn’t finish the bread due to hardness.

I needed food for the thanksgiving holiday and Pizza Hut in Norcross took care of me! I ordered 11 pizzas and they had them ready in 25 min !! Great service!
