Chicken so, so very salty it was nearly inedible. Coleslaw swimming in very sweet sauce. Empanada paid for but missing from the order. plantains were yummy.

If I could give 0 as a rate I would do it. We had the worst experience in this location. To start with the horrible customer service and extremely rude Employee cashier she was rude and she does not have customer service. We got our order wrong and the chicken wasn’t even fresh. We also order plátano and it was so burned. Horrible taste and experience. We won’t come back to this Location!

They need to make sure they check customers orders before handing them out. I ordered their special which is supposed to be a chicken sandwich with 4 nuggets and fries with a drink, when I got home there was no chicken breast in my sandwich. The person who gave me my order was a short skinny woman with glasses. I’m so disappointed that they ripped me off, I couldn’t even go back since I don’t live in the area. I will not be coming back! I recommend you guys take your business somewhere else!

First we tried to order through the drive thru so as not to take so long, everyone speaks Spanish in that place, the drive thru lady ignored us for placing the order in Spanish, however we decided to go in to place the order to go, we ordered roasted chicken with plantains and french fries. They gave us another chicken that was not roasted and they didn't give us the plantains instead they gave us more bread, without consulting us at all. We didn't check the order trusting that they were going to give us the entire order and we live 30 minutes away from the place clearly we couldn't eat because we didn't like anything but they did charge for absolutely everything the truth is very bad service and very dishonest

Fried chicken tastes pretty good! The recipe from Salvadoran Pollo Campero is almost the same. Juicy pieces! Also, I ordered fried sweet plantains, but unfortunately, they were really bad (uncooked).

Price is no cheap for the chicken they give to me , I like any oart of the chicken but only a thigh and the rest was chicken rump and crate , where was the legs and breast ??? The fries was cold and not so good...

$24.98 for one single chicken sandwhich and a 6 piece nuggets meal is a joke. Thats not inflation thats robbery.

For fast food, the chicken was excellent—honestly, better than Chick-fil-A. The beans were delicious, but I wasn’t a fan of the empanada. The slaw was a bit too wet for my taste, but still good overall.
