Hidden gem! The vacio was huge and perfectly cooked at a great price. The flan was amazing—fresh, warm, and topped with delicious dulce de leche. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

The beef empanada was delicious, but the portions for the chivito with fries was huge. Otherwise, the chivito was just okay but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately another customer went into an argument with me after I paid for my meal, but the staff handled it well.

The roast is two or three fingers thick. I went to buy something and they gave me a very thin roast, half a finger thick. No salt. The truth is, Sabires del Plata has changed for the worse recently. My humble opinion.
Talk about the service, vibe and the food!! Amazing food and amazing prices! Highly recommend this place! My wife and I ate so good and had leftovers for lunch the next day 🙈

Outstanding, will be back. Wife had the pichana and I had the charassco. We split the appetizer with the cheese and sausage. And I took home some delicious little cake cookies with caramel and coconut called alforjes I think....
