They know the secret... beats the pants off of Krispy Kreme. And, I'm a K.K. fan... They offer an abundance of options. Everything is so deliciously beautiful... the staff is extremely nice.. affordable by the box. You can't go wrong with anything you choose from the selection... like biting a piece of heaven

Overrated donuts. Bad service. I was confused about their pricing for the more expensive donuts (their communication/signage wasn't explicitly clear), so I asked a question once I got the total price for a dozen; both women spoke in another language right in front of me and – quite frankly – I could tell they were bad-mouthing me right at the register. No customer should ever worry about this. I'll never give them my money again. Show some respect to your customers.

Waited for 30 minutes for eclairs when they said 15. Still not done 40 minutes later. Lazy new owner. When Sarah owned it, the donuts were ready at 5:30!

I’ve drove past this place several times before coming in so I decided to stop by. That was the best decision I’ve made today! The shop is so cute! The donuts looked amazing! And the customers service was great! The donuts are so soft, the cinnamon twist is so good I immediately want another! I will be coming back (next time for a dozen)!!
Sarah’s is def the best in Suwannee I think always consistent, I liked this one too just the people seemed kinda weird though.

I visited the Norcross location today to pick up a "Too Good To Go" order. This is my third time doing this, but this time was the worst. I went inside to pick up and I only opened the box to see if a sprinkle one was there, because I was willing to buy one if there wasn't and there was one minute before closing. When I opened the box, I saw there was a bacon donut. In the past, when I picked up, I asked the staff if there is meat inside and they kindly said no. This time, I asked if I could switch out the bacon one and she said no, even though there were plenty of doughnuts on display. She said you get whatever is in the box. I said ok, I forgot to ask this time if there was meat like I usually do. She repeated this is what you get. I understood and explained I don't eat bacon that's why I usually ask if there is any meat. She said "That is your problem". In my entire life of letting food vendors know I have this dietary restriction, I have never heard anyone respond to me in such an incredibly rude way. I recommend this business properly educate its staff on how to interact with ALL types of people. Maybe she was discriminatory because I was clearly Muslim. Whatever the reason, the response was completely unacceptable. As a minority, it's truly disheartening to support a minority small business and be treated so disrespectfully. I won't be recommending anyone to visit any of their locations.
