Took 20 min before we got a menu. Still waited another 15 min before the waitress came and took our order. Ordered a cheese dip, which was cold(told them and they popped it in the microwave for 10 sec and was still cold). Ordered fries which were also cold and stale. Tacos were mid, nothing special. Carne asada plate was the only good thing we got. Customer service should be their top priority. Having so many complaints about it and still doing nothing says a lot about the owner. Wouldn’t recommend to eat here.

Good service, the food is the best, the kedadillas are my favorites, you make them like at home, I recommend them like Mexico, there are no 2, long live Jalisco forever.

The waitress was terrible, the service was horrible, the water was very bad and the food was cold, the chicken in the tacos was really disgusting, better than Macdonalds than that restaurant, terrible service, mainly the waitress.
Dry tacos, they mix the food a lot
And their cakes are very simple

The worst customer service. We ordered a dish and asked if it was not spicy for health reasons, the waitress goes to find out, comes back and says that it is not spicy. We were clear if it was not spicy in general because the Mexican tends to say no to their palate. And still he said no. When we tried it it was spicy. They asked us if we wanted to change it or have it removed from the account. We asked for it to be removed since we ordered two chilaquiles because by mistake we didn't ask properly what it came with and we don't like cream, so we ordered a second one without cream since it was our mistake. But with the issue of the $15 shrimp cocktail, despite the waitress's mistake we had to pay for it, they did not want to remove it from the bill. And the worst thing is that the one who ended up speaking badly to us and saying that this is a Mexican restaurant is the owner. How sad it tells me that if I go to restaurants to order food and return it, the issue is not about money, it is about customer service. You definitely need to learn and educate yourself. We have been in Atlanta for 24 years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Even when I was in Mexico, the customer service there was excellent. I do not recommend this place!

The worst service, we have gone to this restaurant three times because we like the food, I ordered a shrimp cocktail but not spicy and for me it was spicy. We returned it and ordered something else, on the bill they then charged me for the shrimp cocktail and told me that “IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, BECAUSE IF I DIDN'T PAY FOR IT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EMPLOYEES” what kind of restaurant is that? What kind of Administration does that hovel have? The girl also tells me, “THIS IS A MEXICAN RESTAURANT” as if they say, only Mexicans come, that is, they have to eat spicy for A or B. In the end we gave them $15 but WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. We have been in this country for 24 years and this has never happened to us.
