Smoothie King

I won't be coming back to smoothie king at all no more. I came here to pick up my birthday smoothie that I order online for 12:45. It wasn't even ready. I told them they are suppose to have online order be the prority. This lady gave me an attitude over the drive through. I told them to cancel my order and they told me to cancel but it online it said it's process. I already made a complaint with customer service. You just lost a customer. I been with yall for 2 years and you don't like working or handling corporation then create your own business. Thanks!

They don't close at 9. Just like other reviews here. I went there at 8 and it was closed. Someone was cleaning inside. Change your hours.

Went to get a smoothie after working out and they didn't have bananas. The person working there didn't know what dates were.

Had a great experience today at Smoothie King. Ivan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the various add ons I wanted and helped me for making my choice! Very personable and kind! The service and the Smoothie was AMAZING!!!

This is the smoothie king on indian trail ...i would like to know why the door was locked at 730 yesterday and tonight it's closed ? I'm pulling up to get my after workout smoothie to see 2 employees walking to their car .I've asked different smoothie kings and they all say 9:00 pm is closing time. Saturday it was the same thing dark inside and door locked. This is not good business at all if customers cannot come and get a simple smoothie.

I been to many Smoothie King but this one was special! Ms. Monique Lee and her daughter Valencia was the sweetest people you would ever want to meet. Their customer service was tops. Ms. Monique ran the store as if it was hers. Every holiday she would decorate. I'm sorry that she's no longer working there, we will not have a Christmas tree and that store. I went by Smoothie King and I got to the door and looked in and I could tell she wasn't there because her spirit had left that place. I know I will no longer be going back to that Smoothie King. I know all her customers are going to miss her.

Tried to get smoothies at 7:30pm and was turned away before I could even get to the door. The posted hours said it should have been open until 9pm - very disappointed.

Terrible customer service stood in line for 5 min just to be ignored and have everyone else's order taken in the drive through.

I never really checked out smoothie shops until I went to this location. I had a great experience. The drive-through had an efficient method, the window/cashier staff were friendly, and everything looked clean. I did witness a misunderstanding from a different customer, but it looked like the employee had it handled in a professional way. It looked like the management was really teaching customer service the correct way. I can’t say that about many places.

Parking: A couple of spots are utilized to expedite drive through from my understanding, but still ample spots

Little girl with attitude in drive through 7:25pm Saturday night is straight trash. Worst customer service I can’t believe they’d even hire someone like that to work here place has gone down so much because of the people they let work here so sad.
