This morning I headed to Smoothie King before work to get a smoothie for breakfast. I've always been excited and satisfied with the yummy smoothies I've had in the past. I pulled up and was greeted by an automated message, and I read the menu until I could hear someone on the intercom. A woman on the other end asked what I would like, I told her and she did not respond. I attempted to confirm and she yelled "I heard you!" Then she asked would I like a buy one, get one mix in my smoothie. That is when things went further downhill. I asked where I can find the options and she irritatedly mocked me. I asked her again, apologizing, and she yelled at me demanding I come up to the window. She sounded like she was going to pop off on me through the window so with tears in my eyes I sped past the window and off to work.

The smoothies here were consistent to any other smoothie king. The highlight of this location is the wonderful service I was provided by a gentleman there. I had some confusion with my reward promotions from my app. Without any hesitation my server was kind and patient in ensuring I was receiving the proper customer satisfaction!

The crew is very irresponsible, I waited over 20 minutes and there was no one else inside at the time, there were like 4 employees and I can’t believe nobody was able to do a simple 20 oz smoothie.

Not only is the service fantastic but the two lovely ladies working were over the top kind and polite. I was waiting on a ride because of a car issue and they allowed me to sit in the AC when it was hot outside. The ladies constantly were checking on me if I needed anything and when my wife came to pick me up they came out and asked her if she needed anything. Just when you want to give up on customer service these days it is refreshing to see two lovely ladies being back your faith in kindness and customer service. And the smoothie was delicious as well.

The reason I’m giving this location 2 starts is bc when I pulled up to order I thought she said go ahead with your order… so I start to order then she interrupted me saying she’d be right with me. About 3 mins she comes on the speaker sounding like she was just over it. No energy or anything. What I don’t understand is why many businesses including this one wanna drag on the part where the consumer orders to the time we pay. But as soon as that times changes go their time they wanna rush us out of the line… by asking us to pull up and wait some more. I was the only person in line and even the store I believe and still took almost 15 mins total… then to top it all off I get the wrong smoothie. ? I couldn’t wait anymore due to work so I told her just give me that one it’s fine. It wasn’t like any smoothie I’ve ever bought. It was as flavorless as blended up crushed ice with maroon food coloring! It’s going into the trash Very disappointing visit.

Be prepared to get yelled at. Once you order, they will start screaming if you don't immediately move into the parking lot or away from the window. I'm not sure why they are so persistent about leaving the drive-through before you get your order.

I've been to this Smoothie King several times and tonight will be my last. If I could give negative stars I would. They have the worst drive-thru. At night it's completely dark. Also right behind SK is an extended stay hotel which has its share of problems. Numerous times I've pulled up and it takes them several minutes to respond. That was no exception tonight. After waiting over five minutes I said hello. I got a response of I'm by myself, give me a minute. Then after waiting over 12 minutes I finally pull up to the window where there's light. Yes, the lady is taking care of two guys, then deals with another one, then another one came in and she took care of him, then had the audacity to make sure I continued to wait while she washed some dishes. After the dishes she finally comes to the window. I said I was uncomfortable waiting back there in the dark. She clearly had an attitude with me. I said do you even want to take my order? She shut the window on my face. Why she had to be that ugly and rude, I have no idea. I've always been pleasant to them in the past. But I will certainly let everyone I know how this Smoothie King is run, and I'll never forget that girl. It's sad that SK will have people like this to work for them and to treat customers this way. She knew how dark it was back there and what type of people are living in the hotel. She certainly doesn't care about your safety ladies! There are plenty of other places in the area to ever put up with this again.
