Starbucks: A Shadow of Its Former Self?
It’s hard to ignore the changes Starbucks has undergone over the years, and not all of them are for the better. What was once a go-to spot for a consistently satisfying cup of coffee now seems to struggle with even the basics.
Take the cappuccino and café latte, for example—two staples that should represent the essence of the brand. Yet, they often fail to deliver the depth of flavor or balanced texture that one would expect from a global coffee giant. The Starbucks I visited this time, however, was at least passable. The coffee wasn’t outstanding, but it wasn’t terrible either—mediocre, at best.
Honestly, I can’t even recall the last time I truly enjoyed a cup of Starbucks coffee. The memory feels like a distant echo of a bygone era. Perhaps it’s time for Starbucks to revisit its roots and reclaim the quality that once defined it. Until then, my visits will likely remain infrequent.

I come here everyday... most of the early morning staff are pleasant but there are a few rude ones sadly... drinks are a hit and miss.. never consistent with the flavor.. you can order the same drink everyday and each day it will taste and look different.

Whoever made my drink this morning was on a weird power trip and decided she was going to ration cold foam; I ordered a grande drink with extra cold foam in a venti cup so it would all fit. The cold foam sits on top of the drink anyway so I don't understand what the issue was but apparently I was being greedy. Here's how my drink came

The manager here needs to retrain the cashier. I said thank her, but she looked at me with a disrespectful look. She was a young white short lady. And more than a third of the frozen drinks were empty. Don't order frozen drinks here.
