I enjoyed the black tea, and lemon cake. Excellent vibe! Quick service and nice people!
Drive thru worker super rude and on top of that my vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew was made completely wrong, don’t spend your money at this location
Starbucks are usually great with customer service, and of course very consistent with the product.
But I had a horrible experience with their drive thru services and inside manager. The drive thru attendant was speaking so quick and dismissive. I asked what was unavailable when I started my order, and she mentioned two things. When I went to select other items, she said it was unavailable and I don’t think she even checked.
Finally I asked well what is actually available, she said everything but the items I have asked for, so I asked for ANOTHER ITEM just for her to say that is unavailable as well.
Ordered a drink, got a cup of foam with a side of attitude. Apparently customer service now includes refusing to fix their own mistakes. Thanks for the $6 air, Starbucks!
Coffee perfect,
Occasionally, I get to enjoy being able to order online and have it ready when I get there. Although the app doesn't allow me to request a small side of cream, they usually have it there with my coffee. Always have friendly service.
I come to this starbucks on the way to work and they are my favorite location. They get my drink just right everytime, and the service is great! The place is also very clean, I always see them cleaning.
My barista knew what real Customer Service should feel like ! He chatted with me about my pup, waiting for her cup, and was pleasant while waiting for my order.
Store was closed at 9:15 when it said it closed at 10:00 .. poor management
How come the extra hot drink came out without the sleeve?

I ordered a sandwich to pick up and I opened the bag once I got to the car and it was completely torn apart and looked like someone tried to fruitlessly put it back together. It’s not hard to just make a new one.
I went through drive thru and my order was $5.99 and I show my app and it gets scanned thinking I was paying $5.99 still. I get handed the wrong drink and one lady says “I’m sorry this isn’t your drink it’s this one”
Later that day I go into my bank account and I see a charge for $12.19 instead. I had been charged someone else’s order. I called Starbucks and they have said that they were gonna refund me the money, but it was gonna take 3 to 14 business days. Please be careful or verify your drink before paying and your total.
