I went to this Starbucks and asked for a tall Chai tea latte no foam, no water and an extra pump of Chai and waited a while only to get back to my car leave and begin to drink and guess what I got a lot of foam. It took me some time to get back to the store and I told them of the problem and asked for my money back and they just gave me my funds back on my app. I was very disappointed, they didn’t even offer to make it again, the cashier just said sorry and sent me on my way. I couldn’t believe they or rather she didn’t offer to make me another one. I’ll try to avoid ever going back to this location.

Starbucks has always felt like a premium coffee brand to me — I like to jokingly call it “Star Daddy.” 😄 The quality of their coffee has always been reliable.
Recently, they launched a new Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, and I had to give it a try. It turned out to be really good — rich, smooth, and not overly sweet.
I’m also a big fan of their breakfast items. The egg bites and sandwiches paired with their coffee are chef’s kiss. Honestly, it’s an unbeatable combo.
The only downside is my budget — if money weren’t an issue, I’d be drinking Starbucks every single day.

Even time I come to this location.my order is never right and then I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it looked like crap. Soooo UNHAPPY ...
GET IT TOGETHER BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHER COFFEE PLACES. STARBUCKS IS REALLY SLIPPING.

I come here on weekdays because it is close to my office. Today the barista brought my food and coffee to my table, something I have not seen at starbucks before. Service was good. The drive thru entry and parking towards the front is confusing but the parking lot is spacious.

It’s so frustrating that they couldn’t even get a basic order right. I asked for a venti peach green tea with honey — but got a plain green tea: no peach, no honey. How was that not on purpose or sheer negligence? I didn’t realize until I was 20 minutes away and on my way to work and the only sip I took got me dizzy. No wonder the drink was so green. And they were not busy!
And last time: I ordered a venti shaken espresso and explicitly said “only double espresso shots instead of 3,” yet somehow they gave me five shots!
This is my last straw with this overpriced brand.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a jalapeño chicken pocket through the drive-thru, and when I finally took a bite on my way to work, there was basically nothing inside. It had only two tiny pieces of chicken and a single drop of sauce. I couldn’t turn back because I had to be at work in five minutes, so I saved the food and the sticker hoping I could get it replaced later.

When I returned, the employee told me the pockets are “premade” and there was nothing they could do. That was honestly very disappointing. It’s not my fault the item was made so poorly — I just wanted a normal, full pocket. These are almost $4, and all I received was a wrap with barely anything in it. This was supposed to be my only meal before my shift ended at 3:30 pm.

To me, if a product doesn’t meet even the basic expectation of what it’s supposed to be, a simple exchange should be the least a customer can get. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Great Times

Respecting people's to have tattoos its ok with me, but the fact of this guy or one of the others girls showing their tattoos in their arms, looks very disgusting and unethical, even dirty, even employees in Quick trip are not allow to show theirs. Starbucks should have the same rules on employees.
The service is ok, depending on who's taking your order
