Words can hardly capture the appreciation I have for this Starbucks team. In all my visits, I can confidently say I’ve never experienced anything less than excellence at this location. Each team member consistently shows up as their best self, bringing an energy that is both authentic and undeniable. The way they collaborate reflects a true spirit of teamwork and pride in what they do. Of all the Starbucks I could choose, this one feels like home. Service delivered at this level is rare and this team is nothing short of a gem.

I went up to the register an Asian young lady was at the register all she did was look at me. Didn’t even say welcome or anything also didn’t even ask what I wanted just stared at me. Had a nasty attitude. When I asked her if she was making my drinks with oat milk she made a face and dumped what she had already made in the sink and didn’t answer my question until I asked her again and she said no with an attitude. This store really needs to work on their customer service! Also, the store had no pastries they were out of everything but the pumpkin bread. Definitely not coming back I rather travel farther to another Starbucks than to come here.

Drive thru worker super rude and on top of that my vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew was made completely wrong, don’t spend your money at this location

Starbucks are usually great with customer service, and of course very consistent with the product.

But I had a horrible experience with their drive thru services and inside manager. The drive thru attendant was speaking so quick and dismissive. I asked what was unavailable when I started my order, and she mentioned two things. When I went to select other items, she said it was unavailable and I don’t think she even checked.

Finally I asked well what is actually available, she said everything but the items I have asked for, so I asked for ANOTHER ITEM just for her to say that is unavailable as well.

Ordered a drink, got a cup of foam with a side of attitude. Apparently customer service now includes refusing to fix their own mistakes. Thanks for the $6 air, Starbucks!

Occasionally, I get to enjoy being able to order online and have it ready when I get there. Although the app doesn't allow me to request a small side of cream, they usually have it there with my coffee. Always have friendly service.

I come to this starbucks on the way to work and they are my favorite location. They get my drink just right everytime, and the service is great! The place is also very clean, I always see them cleaning.
