Ordered 2 venti hot drinks and the cups were underfilled by about 20% to 25% on both!

Man, I had such a frustrating experience at the Starbucks on Jimmy Carter. I haven’t been there in a while, and honestly, it was terrible. The customer service was just awful — rude and unprofessional all around.

The cashier didn’t even look at me while I was ordering my coffee and lemon cake. It took forever just to get her to pay attention, and she seemed totally disinterested the whole time. I waited for my cake, and I didn’t even realize it was ready until I went up to the counter. I don’t know if they’ve changed how they do things, but last time I was here, they’d let you know when your order was ready. Instead, I went over there and realized I got the wrong cake instead of what I ordered which was super annoying.

I’ve never been treated this way at any other Starbucks. It kind of feels like they don’t really care about customers. I even noticed there are only women working there — no men — which is pretty weird. Honestly, the service here is just terrible, and I wish they had self-checkout or something, because dealing with rude staff really kills the vibe.

They definitely need to fire every single person there and bring in new staff. People that want to work! Or look like they want to be there!! It’s only a matter of time, eventually they’re going to try the wrong person, and things are going to get really bad.

Ordered a venti white chocolate latte if you look at the picture, my cup is not close to filled up disappointing because it’s expensive. I would like to get what I paid for this is the reason I go to Starbucks less and less.

I came here today to get a pink drink with extra and Maddy was the best! She was very knowledgeable about the menu & how to make orders customized perfectly. She was super sweet and she really made my day . My order was perfect thanks to her .

Yesterday my friend and I went to buy three cups of coffee. My friend wanted some water, so she went to the counter to ask for a glass of cold water. I had always thought that was normal, but yesterday the waiter said we had to buy something in order to get cold water. I didn’t think we should have to pay extra for water when we already had coffee. Maybe the employee didn’t notice that we had drinks already and told us to buy more, so we ended up ordering again. So I’d like to ask—at coffee shops, is cold water usually free, or do we have to pay for it?

Please make sure your employees are actually scanning and not just passing the light and pertaining to scan, very annoying to have add manually afterwards and it’s not just once but almost every time

Just a fair warning to anyone doing mobile orders here and plan on picking it up at the store yourself. Someone will take your order if you don't pick it up on time. I've had this happen to me twice within a week at this specific location. There's no policing on anyone picking up orders.

Looks like Uber drivers seem to not know where to stand/wait for UBER specific orders.

Workers are fine, everyone was nice to me they were actually doing their best to fix what was wrong. I highly appreciate them for trying to address their issue. Things can get hectic and things get side tracked.

You're better off ordering AT the store. OR do your mobile order AT the store while you chill at the tables. Mobile Orders be warned!

I'm leaving this review as neutral as I can. I'll change this review when things get better.

I ordered venti green tea matcha latte with no ice. The drink was very light and not taste any matcha just like like. Venti drink just with 4 scoop matcha, I remember it must 6 scoop match not 4 scoop. The drink was the worst match latte I have had since I have drunk Starbuck. I think I will not come back this location again.

I wasn't very pleased with this location, on more than one occasion I have placed orders here and have waited ten to fifteen minutes because the employee claimed she forgot????I have seen employees just walk right behind the counter and got ready for work right there, I was extremely put off by this!, and the restrooms are neglected and should more frequent courtesy checks. Starbucks you expect us to pay 6 notes for your beverages so you just might want to step up your customer satisfaction because WE have expectations ourselves!
