I ordered venti green tea matcha latte with no ice. The drink was very light and not taste any matcha just like like. Venti drink just with 4 scoop matcha, I remember it must 6 scoop match not 4 scoop. The drink was the worst match latte I have had since I have drunk Starbuck. I think I will not come back this location again.

I wasn't very pleased with this location, on more than one occasion I have placed orders here and have waited ten to fifteen minutes because the employee claimed she forgot????I have seen employees just walk right behind the counter and got ready for work right there, I was extremely put off by this!, and the restrooms are neglected and should more frequent courtesy checks. Starbucks you expect us to pay 6 notes for your beverages so you just might want to step up your customer satisfaction because WE have expectations ourselves!

i asked for a brown shaken oat milk, i understand sometimes it might taste different than other days but this time i went through the drive thru and it was really brown like a dark coffee i told the cashier that i didn’t like how it looked so she “solved” it by putting more milk, i drove off but parked cause it still didn’t seem right, i tried it and it taste so bad, i went inside to explain and for a remake and the rudest customer service ever, not even mcds customer service is this bad. If they don’t know or want to make coffee they shouldn’t be working at Starbucks.

Asked for a drink not too hot in the drive thru today and it was so hot, they double-cupped and used a sleeve. When the guy handed me my coffee, he spilled some and didn't offer a napkin.
the girl who served me should NOT be working in customer service. had literally 0 manners. she asked what i wanted without even looking at me and when i asked if she was talking to me she said “yeah.” as if i was stupid or something. (she had a headset in so i wasn’t sure if she was taking a drive-thru order) after i paid i said thank you and got no response and was just ignored. also my drink was taking way longer than it should have so i went over and she said “he’s making your drink over there😒” referring to another employee. the guy who made my drink apologized for the wait so that was the only positive part of the experience. the lid didn’t fit onto the cup though. all i remember about the girl is that she had some braids (and maybe some color in her hair?) also she wore glasses. do better girl i thought we were supposed to stick together, you obviously pay a lot more attention to male customers

If I could get them a zero I would i called them to ask them if the can make sure my lavender foam is in there because the day before that I order the same drink and they didn’t put my lavender foam Even if the foam sink the drink would tase like lavender and the girl who answered had a nasty ass attitude put a note inside saying the lavender sink i had this drink multiple times I know what it looks like like I never had issues with other Starbucks expect this one

After renovation, they removed all the comfortable cushioned chairs and replaced them with a bench that is far less comfortable.
This is a bad trend with Starbucks
