The SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And it’s really when one particular lady is there, which is often. Even when I do a mobile order and it says my order is ready, thats a LIE. I get there and still have to wait an additional 10 minutes, or just cancel the order all together because they’re causing me to run late. Also, the inside is often messy/sticky. This i my go to Starbucks. I'm come here for the positive energy and they always make my order right. My order is always made on time since I'm usually always rushing to get to work. Customer service has fallen off around the globe but RACHEL is literally the best. If i ever have a small problem with my order she corrects the order with no problem. You don't get that kind of treatment these days. It seems like everyone is so angry. I love RACHEL and every one...
