I ordered two twelve inch sandwiches on my way home from work. I live 40 minutes from here. My husband opens his sandwich once I get home and takes a bite, there is BARELY any meat on the sandwich. I was also charged an additional $4.00 per sandwich for “extra meat.” This does not look like extra meat to me. I called the store to see what we could do, he said I have to come back into the store for them to make another sandwich or to refund my money. I told him I don’t live close, he continues to say that’s all he can do, that I would need to come back into the store. I would not recommend going here.

We started going here instead of the one on Buford near QT. That one no longer participates in the in-app specials.We had no issues here. Employees were friendly, and our sandwiches were spot on. Will definitely be back.

Horrible, I came in and ordered 2 six inch meals. There was a boy working behind the counter with headphones on. He charged me for the two meals and also charged me for a drink. Once I realized I was over charged I brought the receipt back and they refused to reverse the charge only offered to give me another cup, if there is an error on the part of your staff correct it.

Great place!!! The two young ladies were amazing, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. They attended us quickly and they were patient with us picking. The food was nice and stacked, it actually filled me unlike other subways.

I experienced racism from the staff here on two different occasions on top of being treated unfairly by the rude staff here However That will not be the case no more . Do not waste your money here give it to real customer service businesses

Ordered the mozza meats foot long and dude charge me extra for getting the fresh mozzarella that comes with the sub. I’ve gotten in before and never was charged extra beings the sub is suppose to come with the fresh mozzarella… it even says mozza in the darn name! I even looked it up online and called corporate and both told me there’s no extra charge for that particular sub. Seriously I ended up paying $20 for one footling sub! I couldn’t believe it! When the sun is like $11 on the menu if that! I could’ve went and bought two fresh mozzarella balls on my own for that price and added it! Won’t be back to this location. The guy had a bit of an attitude as well so there wouldn’t have been any point in pointing out his mistake.

The absolute BEST Subway in Atlanta. Roberto and the other guy had excellent customer service and they were kind and efficient with our orders. Roberto and his coworker deserves a raise for such awesome service. Much respect to them.
