Wife and I arrived at 9:15PM, chose it because it is close to our hotel. When we pulled the door it was locked, the lady inside was wiping down everything she cleaned and then gestured that the store was closed (closed before 9:30 while their open sign is still on).

This Subway sucks. It is literally 9:18 they close at 9:30 had a person walk in two minutes before me and they have locked the doors and are staring at us like a deer in headlights. Will never come to the location again.

Disappointing experience. If you close at 9:30pm and I arrive at 9:14pm, I should be able to place an order. The girl at the register let two other people walk in before us and then locked the doors and turned off the open sign. I walked to the door and tried to open it only to have her wave her hand and shake her head ā€œNoā€ at me. Will never return to this location.

This lady started off with an attitude .
Asked her to wash her hands that’s where it came from .
I instantly noticed she gave me a smaller amount of meat .
Treat all people equal . Not sure why this visit wasn’t pleasant but I won’t be returning.

They NEVER are open at 8:30AM as they’re advertised. I came here twice after 9:30PM and they’re still locked and preparing. CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT.

It’s sad how horrible this place is considering that the location is perfect.

Abysmal portions. I order a honey mustard chicken sandwich and I maybe got a piece or 2 of chicken per bite. I seemed like she used 1 paper tray of chicken for the whole sandwich.

This subway was DISGUSTING!!! Yes the floor may have been clean but the meat and vegetables were TERRIBLE. I’m not sure if the guy that was making our sandwich had much experience or if he was nervous or training but there was a young lady that was there also just sitting on her phone and wouldn’t help. By far one of the worst I’ve been to. Very disappointed, the meat was covered - you couldn’t see it. I asked about the guy said that’s just how it was like this was my first time at a subway however no bugs flying around so I took my chances. STILL…. Very disappointed - I asked him NOT to cut my sandwich because the knife looked dirty and he still did it. The sandwich was one of the worst I’ve had. Waste of money.

Order a sandwich for my wife Paid 16.94 for a chicken bacon ranch San and extra veggie and it had nothing no extra veggies or sauce or anything so my wife went back in and instead of making the correct sandwich they just add extra to the original first time going to this subway and last time going to this

It's a subway if you're going there for high quality food. It's not the right spot, but if you want something quick and decent tasting this is a good spot.
