Paid for double meat and cheese on my mobile order and they didn't do it

Order a sandwich for my wife Paid 16.94 for a chicken bacon ranch San and extra veggie and it had nothing no extra veggies or sauce or anything so my wife went back in and instead of making the correct sandwich they just add extra to the original first time going to this subway and last time going to this

It's a subway if you're going there for high quality food. It's not the right spot, but if you want something quick and decent tasting this is a good spot.

I don't know what is happening with this restaurant. Last week, they forgot the meat on my turkey and ham salad. I literally had to return and ask for the meat.Today, they didn't add cheese, olives, lettuce, sauce to my meatball sub. SMFH!Needless to say, they've lost my business of 5 years.

Prices were higher than usual. Subway has gotta out if hand with ordinary sandwiches at premium sandwich prices. Just go to jersey

They tried to serve me uncooked bacon! Twice in the same day.. ordered my food, walked to pick it up since it's close by, brought it back took a bite and the bacon wasn't cooked.. took it back to them, they made me another but.. BACON NOT COOKED! And only gave me 6inch at first until I asked "wait I only get half a sandwich?" So I waited for the other half to be made! smh waste of $20 and I left a $5 tip the first trip.. won't be back here! Messing up my Jimmy G sub!

First time visiting this location and I was very impressed with the overall look of the store and the service that the staff showed. My experience was a completely different one from the few reviews that say they had a bad experience. My only issue is the listed closing time on the internet and the time they tell you in the store are not the same. Based on my visit, I would recommend this location.Parking: I went at à not so busy time, but if the parking lot is filled in the middle of the day, there would be an issue finding a parking space.

Extremely rude staff. Does not honor the business hours advertised. Advertise 9:30 pm on their window (stickers) and Google but do not accept customers after 7:30 pm. Avoid wasting your time driving here. Go to any other Subway.
The employee had their hair open and the service was really bad and when we ordered the employee’s face was mean and one of the sandwich was open on the table and not thrown it was so disgusting and the employee was doing her work slowly I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I had a great sandwich coke and 2 chocolate chip cookies. The employee was very nice and polite. The sandwich was tiny.. everything else was great. Thanks

When i ordered on the app I did not get my full order when I called they told me to come by the store I advice I can't come to the store due to not able to drive . They said they would bring it to me. But they never did. So they pockets my money plus the tip when I did not get the 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks. So I would not recommend this location. They won't even pick up the phon. This is a back location. I will not ever order from here again. They will not refund my money. So I am calling the credit card company about this.
