A true hidden gem. The place feels weird to wall into, but the food and friendly service is amazing. Love coming here

I had dinner here with a group, and while the food was just okay, the service was disappointing. Our server seemed irritated and unhappy the entire evening—maybe she was tired.

After I paid my bill, the cashier stopped me from leaving, saying they needed to check if everyone else had paid first. This made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was responsible for the whole group.

I understand the need to verify payments, but it could have been handled more professionally. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Loved Sushi Yoko! After driving past it for literal decades, I decided to try it! The building is unassuming and outdated, but the food was really well priced and tasted delicious. For dinner service, my husband and I got full size two entrees, an appetizer, AND a plate of sushi for about $60. Miso and Salad were included. I really enjoyed the Katsu Curry! The sushi selection is somewhat basic, but the quality was good! Service was good, considering there aren’t many employees and the restaurant is pretty small. They will be moving in March 2025, so I’m excited to visit their new location when it opens!

Authentic Japanese restaurant. Looks rough on the outside, but a classic old school vibe on the inside. Really enjoyed it. Not a lux, high end spot, just a casual restaurant with great food and reasonable prices.

This is the best Japanese restaurant I've been to since my stay in Japan. Always good service and a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is about 40mins from where I live but it's worth the drive.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I was excited to try out their Christmas Day Buffet, but the moment I get there I get told that it’s by reservation only… The only indication of which was a line in the tiniest of fonts in their laminated flyer posted by the door. Would it not have been better to make that part bigger and bolder to not confuse customers? How about making more flyers and putting them on the tables? How about anything so people don’t have to block the entryway and be forced to skim through the flyer and miss one of the most important things on the flyer? What a disappointing letdown on Christmas Day of all days.

Serving staff was rude from the first interactions with our group and by the end of the meal they escalated to making passive aggressive insults within earshot of the table. This is a good way to destroy a business. I hope the owner takes notice.

You know the place is legit when you walked in and the place is packed with native Japanese in there. The high quality fish with moderate pricing. Service was promptly, and food came out quick. Plenty of parking space. From outside, it might looks rundown but inside is awesome. And afterwards, there’s a small Japanese grocery shop next to it.
