The absolute worst drive-through experience in my five decades on this planet! After 40 minutes in the line, I finally arrived at the window to order (the broken speaker for ordering would have been a red flag except it took me 20 minutes to get that far and, by that point, I was invested). After 40 minutes, I arrived at the window to order. The employee told me they were extremely busy and that I would need to come inside the restaurant to order. Incredulous, I said, you want me to come inside to order after waiting in your drive-through for 45 minutes?? “Yes, we’re are very backed up.” Needless to say, that didn’t happen. I drove down the street to the Lord’s Chicken and had my order within two minutes. This Taco Bell/KFC hybrid from hell will never get a dime from me. This place deserves zero stars.

I received the skinniest tacos I have ever seen in my life, and naked cinnabon delights with no cinnamon-sugar coating. I've been to dozens of Taco Bell locations in my lifetime and have never experienced this level of disappointment. They get 2 stars because my order was technically correct, but disappointing. Pretty pathetic.

Ordered 8 piece box meal dark meat with mashed potatoes and corn. Received 8 pieces mixed Cole slaw and corn. May main purpose for choosing KFC was the mashed potatoes. We paid $30 for the order to be wrong. No more visits here.

I bought the chicken pot pie and the strawberry cream cheese poppers. The strawberry cream cheese poppers were fresh made to order, and they were wonderful! I am very happy with this location and will be happy to go back again.
