Would give zero stars if I could. Elderly person who accompanied me had to ask for the code to use the restroom 3 times, employees kept walking ignoring her. Train your employees, start by telling them it's illegal to refuse toilet services in a food establishment.

I swear everytime I come by this place no one is working. Sat in line at the drive through just waiting for someone to take my order and watched atleast 4 cars leave behind me because they were tired of waiting. Waited for 20 minutes and left. Horrible location

speaker is broken, yes. wait time a tad longer, yes. but this is because they are needing to take orders at window and make it fresh. once you get to the window to order they are nothing but pleasant AND my order was 100% perfection.

This establishment is awful! I & a couple of other patrons waited patiently for 5 mins or more before ANYONE even came up to the front counter! No 'I'm sorry.' Nothing! And this was at around 3-3:30 or so. Ridiculous! And the food was greasy & the biscuits were stale to boot! Never going back here.

The drive thru speaker is broken which can cause it to take longer, but the dude at the window is always nice and they always make the food fresh so it’s always hot

Eisha actually cares about her customers! They have difficulties sometimes but the food is fresh and the customer service is A1. I give this Taco Bell a number one only because Eisha act like she cooking for her own family! I be feeling like I’m at Chic Fil A!

Everytime I order from this location (which is not often), my order is ALWAYS wrong. I ordered chili cheese burritos and got all the way home and starting eating only for it to be the wrong burritos. It's chili and cheese. How can you mess that up? I waited 10 minutes for the wrong burritos. When you call to speak with a manager, no one EVER answers the phone. They are NEVER busy and yet, the wait time is always long. This location needs to fire the entire staff (management included) and hire new management and staff. They are out of chances with me.

The absolute worst drive-through experience in my five decades on this planet! After 40 minutes in the line, I finally arrived at the window to order (the broken speaker for ordering would have been a red flag except it took me 20 minutes to get that far and, by that point, I was invested). After 40 minutes, I arrived at the window to order. The employee told me they were extremely busy and that I would need to come inside the restaurant to order. Incredulous, I said, you want me to come inside to order after waiting in your drive-through for 45 minutes?? “Yes, we’re are very backed up.” Needless to say, that didn’t happen. I drove down the street to the Lord’s Chicken and had my order within two minutes. This Taco Bell/KFC hybrid from hell will never get a dime from me. This place deserves zero stars.
