Tomato’s on a no tomato Mexican pizza.
Charged for 2 of the Avocado salsa. Not in bag.
Asked for 4 total mild and hot sauces received so many more.

They will lie to delivery drivers about being out of things.It's the night crew. The order I had to deliver wasn't out of what she said.

This restaurant is a waste of time, they were only serving crunchy tacos and soft tacos, according to the Manager, they were out of a lot of stuff, the only drinks they had was Pepsi and diet Pepsi.

I came in on November 2md around 130pm. I ordered 2 7$ luxebox which I've ordered many times. I got a taco and not the right taco and no chalupa. I highly upset usually my food is amazing this time epic failure I will be up there to see the stores manager.
Update: Went for a GH pickup. So already placed order. Went in and said I'm here to pick up this order. Manager lady snaps that their getting to it. They instead took five more orders made them and handed them out. Said I'm waiting on this order lady snapped full attitude and head bend "were getting to it!" After a minute lady told another lady to bag the ALREADY DONE just sitting there food for my pick up. Took so long the other high paying order I had got reassigned.
Delivery drivers avoid this Taco Bell.
Contacted corporate about the attitude from the manager. The owner contacted me. She seemed to care at first then when learned about it being a GH delivery no longer seemed to care.
Funny that. I find it interesting how businesses think delivery drivers aren't their customers. Considering delivery drivers also eat and go to restaurants also. I'm always finding new places to check out myself and where to avoid doing this job. I've stopped going to places I did go to myself constantly if treated differently when picking up for delivery. It ABSOLUTELY DOES MATTER HOW YOU TREAT YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS AND I WONT PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY ANYMORE EITHER. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAILING BUSINESS.
This Taco Bell is Skimpy and doesn't know how to fill up nacho cheese or a fry.

I wish I could give zero stars for the experience that my mother and I had today. We ordered two Luxe boxes. Upon pulling in the driveway we noticed that we did not get our debit card back. We went online to pause the card to make sure that no transactions could be made on it unfortunately there were already two other transactions made on the card. I did report this to Taco Bell customer service where they gave me the phone number to the location. I called the location and was told that it was by accident the other two purchases because the card was left up on the holder.

Never have anything
The closer to 2AM, Uber orders mysteriously do not show. Their drive thru employees love to say, “ We haven’t received the order on our system.” That means, loss revenue for Taco Bell, loss wages for drivers and customers who are the most important part of this process do not get their food. Please everybody, find a NEW Kate night spot.
Stopped by 1:15am morning of 10/17. They couldn’t make anything with black beans, no Mexican pizzas, no Crunchwrap, & no burritos. Basically most of the menu. They made sure to angrily yell at me through intercom to let me know all of this.

I called about my order being wrong and the lady who answered the phone arqueaia was very rude and not trying to help me with my order. So disappointing because it could’ve been such an easy fix but she wasn’t trying to help telling me she can’t do anything for me. I heard her call me dumb for asking a question too , what kind of customer service is this ? Im so frustrated I even cried because she told me to get over it. I ordered 40$ worth of food for me and my kids. If this is yall general manager yall need a new one! I asked to speak to the GM and she said it was her. Wow please do better. Can someone give me a call ?corporate ? Anyone. Not only was I disrespected getting cussed at , but my items were wrong.

Came in late after being stuck on the road all day. The staff was so nice, food was fresh, and even when they ran out of certain items, they were very accommodating to replace the items.

This location should be wholly ASHAMED for purposely locking their restrooms around 1-2pm Saturday 9/28/2024, especially to elderly in dire need. We were going to eat there, but when an employee finally appeared at the counter, they said "nope!" when asked if the restrooms are open for patron use. Snide tone for asking. UNBELIEVABLE! We had get back in the car and to run to another restaurant.
Guessing this absurdity an isolated incident -- maybe they have issues with people coming to use the restroom off the interstate. No excuse! Shameful behavior, Taco Bell -- None!
