I placed an order on the app, when I arrived to pick up my order they admittedly had given my order to someone else and didnât want to refund me, nor replace my order! They didnât offer any solution to the problem at all. Terrible customer service. Entire location needs to be fixed.

Took 30 minutes to make 4 tacos! The employeee even pull his underwear up with his hands!!! Beware of this place.
This taco bell leaves the doors unlocked but when you come in you are told to leave. I ordered on the tablet inside and waited over 40 minutes for my order. The bathrooms are locked so while you are waiting this ridiculous amount of time you cannot use the bathroom and are forced to wait.

after a bad experience the other night, i had put in a complaint to the customer service forum on the website. i had opted to be contacted again and after i was contacted, the GM already had started the call about my experience with passive aggression and was unprofessional in her verbiage. there was no apologies from her on on the staffâs behavior. and she was somehow confused on how not talking to customers or double verifying peopleâs orders is not basic customer service. food was great but BASIC customer service was very lacking and i can see why if their manager is not a nice person either. i get yâall work at taco bell but being nice and decent to folks isnât and shouldnât be hard. we literally waited in the drive thru for almost half an hour and the staff didnât talk to us at all besides being at the speaker. i usually never really expect taco bell to have amazing customer service but everytime weâve been here, itâs usually not bad enough to the point i felt like i had to complain. if the service was fast, i wouldnât be complaining. this location used to be good and now itâs just not what it used to be. if yâall are gonna choose to be rude to folks, at least be fast with your service. also if the GM is reading this, if youâre gonna contact customers who complain, maybe donât be aggressive and confused when someone complains and actually ask questions with understanding and empathy. i work in customer service and i get that its hard sometimes but as a MANAGER, you should always be professional when addressing concerns. i can see why your staff looked unhappy and were rude now.

Ryan K was my driver for my food. Food came 30 minutes late as the ETA kept getting delayed. Multiple times where his car was just stationary for minutes. Horrible experience.

Very poor food quality & poor service
Customer service was great, longer wait with no one in line and an empty parking lot. The wait time is never an issue if you get what you ordered or at least have your food prepared correctly. Doritos locos tacos supreme in my opinion are one of the best items on the menu and pretty difficult to prepare incorrectly, however when 90% is packed full of that cheap shredded ice burge lettuce with the smallest amount of beef I have ever seen with no cheese and 2 pieces of a diced tomato... I think you can understand my predicament. I can always wait longer that is never an issue but service with a smile is quite deceptive, when in the end of the day it's the food that really makes your rating Taco Bell is cheap good and very consistent however that consistency has only seemed to go downhill. Taco Bell needs to go down as one of the greats but this progressive bleeding of quality is very distasteful and encourages me never to return.
