Two workers were there by themselves and they still got my order correct in a reasonable time, so shoutout to the people working on 11/30 @ around 7 PM!! They deserve a raise!!!
Just came to this Taco Bell and food was fresh and best experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell! The service was excellent and the dining area was spotless. They made my chalupas wrong with chicken instead of beef, but they caught it before they even handed it to me and corrected it quickly. I never leave reviews especially for fast food but this Taco Bell was on point tonight.

This is the first Taco Bell I have visited that has the bathroom doors locked and only gives you one sauce package per food item.
There were only 2 people working. Understaff is not an issue. However the lady answered a personal call while on the clock. Which took her longer to provide my change.
When I asked the lady if I could have more sauce packets , she stated no. She shrugged and said she gave me 12 since I ordered 12 packets.
I will not visit this establishment due to the unprofessional staff and stinginess of the establishment.

I stopped here with my family on the way to home to have some food around 1pm it wasnt that busy still we had to wait 20 mins.after we got food i asked cashier to give me some sauce pouches she only gave me 5 even though i ask for more sauces as she explain they are only giving 5 only.what i noticed 2 person after us is having more than 15 sauces i went to cashier and i asked about it she told me none of your business and we are only give 5 to you people. WHAT IS WITH THIS "YOU PEOPLE".?? management is this is the way to treat your customers with differently ( dont want to use exact word hope you get the word).
Would have given minus rating if it allows. Very pathetic way to speak and serve customer.
Went thru the drive thru. The worker who took my order was pleasant and quick. When I got up to the front she took my payment and immediately provided my food, which was 100% accurate, and asked if I needed any sauce. Glad I didn’t have to ask or double back for anything. And the food was good. Will be back because not every Taco Bell is certainly created equal.

Last night I went to Taco Bell. There were 4 cars in the drive thru, I was the third car. The wait time was ridiculous, 17 minutes to take care of the first car. I waited a little while longer and gave up and left. Went around the corner to McDonald's. Had my food in 4 minutes.

WORST TACO BELL AND "MANAGER"AND SERVICE!!!

AS YOU CAN TELL BY THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS FOR THIS TACO BELL AND THE SERVICE.........
NO sauces in the lobby area (manager refused to give me extra sauces when asked for, only 1 per item), made me put back extra napkins (said I could only have 4 napkins), no forks in lobby area and in the back area (said I would have to deal with it), accused me of stealing "1" sauce packet, all this was said and done by the manager in an extremely rude and very loud voice for everyone to hear. Even McDonald's gives out condiments upon request. All other restaurants do. Dine in or takeout. WOW, what a way to cut costs. I have never seen a manager or a restaurant like this. BTW, soda machine was off so that none of the customers could get too many refills. I have had an issue with this same manager and have seen her being rude to other customers as well so I decided to file an actual complaint. There may be so many others who never complained about her. You need to get rid of this manager and find someone who brings the customers in, instead of pushing them away. I think she works at the Indian Trail location as well. Must have gotten fired from there. Also, the food looked like slop. I should have taken pics.

Used to be one of the best. Went there a few days ago and they told me I could only have 1 pack of sauce per item. Imagine getting a bunch of burritos and you can only have 1 pack each. Spent like $45 knowing that tbell has gotten overpriced, but damn wasn't expecting to only get 1 sauce packet. That's robbery

One time I was given my food individually, as in not in a bag. Why do I keep coming back and doing this to myself??
My recent visit I was told that I can not get my online order via the drive through and I had to come inside. I went inside and waited for my order. After 10 minutes someone asks me my name and says I never checked in... When have you ever had to check in to a fast food restaurant? 😂 I never got my food.
I'll never be back and see you on the charge back. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible service, would not recommend this location. I went inside to grab lunch with my family and encountered one of the most disrespectful employees I've come across. We simply asked her a question while placing our kiosk order and she rudely answered and wasn't helpful. Once receiving the order, asked her politely for sauce, and instead got more of her snappy attitude. Then before walking out, I still said thanks anyway and asked for her name and she completely ignored me. Would not look my way or speak. She was a very rude older African American woman working the Sunday shift at 3pm on 10/20.
Better to drive up 1 exit up the Indian Trail Taco Bell - much nicer staff/ service there.

One of the worst locations to ever try be careful if you order at this location if you are a vegetarian so coming to my order I have ordered veggie cravings box and asked for a bottle of water instead of drink they refused to give water bottle and then I asked if I can speak to the manager thinking she would be polite but she was very very very rude and she was not at all ready to hear out what I was going to request her and I have no idea how can someone be in a manger position if they have no patience to listen or how to deal with the customers and then after requesting she came up with 2 water bottles and spoke very rudely saying that this one time only they can offer and shut the door without listening to me because I need only one she was sarcastically told something with giving some hand gestures after closing the window they again i called her if she can open the window and said I am not here to fight but order food and peaceful conversation but she was not ready for that and even she refused to say her name as well then another person comeback to the window after waiving my had to speak to someone because my order was delayed and on one notified it’s going to be late so the person came back to the window saying that order is. Not ready because they started frying potatoes 10 mins past my order and I said I will wait but I am super upset and disappointed after seeing that the potatoes were half cooked and oil completely foul smell and the chalupa was also half cooked
