I dined in and as I’m sitting there I hear all the workers bad mouthing the customers from the drive thru. The workers were rude. I went to go reach for something she was handing me and she completely bypassed my hand and sat it down. I ordered the mango refresca and it was nasty so I asked the manager lady if I could get a regular drink and she refused. Whole staff needs to go in the trash. This all happened around 1:30 today.

Terrible location AVOID coming here! The manager is very very rude and and stingy. Will only give one sauce packet per item order and she removed all sauces from the counter outside. Food was cold. The manager needs to be fired!!

I’m giving service and atmosphere one star becuase 0 isn’t an option. The manager was really rude. She wouldn’t give any sauce and make faces when anything was said to her. The costumer service was absolutely horrible. She also wouldn’t give us forks and refills. She would also go to the back and talk shot about us. Theres many complains on here about this and one person said it’s about race. I expect something to be done about that. I don’t recommend this place at all other comments say it too

The lady that said she was the manager was very rude. She said her name is “Jesse James”. She wouldn’t give us sauce cause she said “Its one sauce per item” which is ridiculous and not enough sauce at all. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for so many years and I’ve never heard of this. They had taken the sauce off the counter outside and turned the fountain machine off. She also didn’t have any forks or spoons. I got a cheese quesadilla and burritos too and they were cold. Cheese didn’t even melt. The “manager” was very rude. I read some of the comments before writing this and so many people have complained about her someone has even posted photos. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by the owner or the franchise. WORST TB EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. When I checked in at the speaker, they told me to go back through the line because they had just received my check-in. Super frustrating system—definitely not coming back here for food.

Served me bad vegetables, when eating my burritos the other end started leaking not sauce but a mix of sauce and water, it tasted funky and now my stomach is tossing and turning

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. While doing a DoorDash order, I spoke with the manager, and an employee was in the process of preparing food. I waited patiently, and at one point, I was told my order was finished. However, she didn't even put it on the counter or let me know it was ready; she simply placed it back on the shelf.

What concerns me is that if I hadn’t been paying close attention or if the manager wasn’t aware, the order could have been sitting there untouched. This seemed very unprofessional and lazy.

Additionally, I’ve noticed a pattern of rudeness from some female staff members lately, which I find quite disappointing. While I don’t want to be sexist, the behavior I observed felt different from what I expect in customer service. It's frustrating when basic courtesy and communication are missing — it seriously impacted my overall experience.

Worst Taco Bell experience. The lady claiming to be manager was unprofessional and had zero customer service sense. Will not return to this location.

I asked for 2 sauce packets after she did not fulfill the quantity in my order paid at kiosk. Claimed it's one sauce per item, which I've never heard at any location in 20+ years. No cutlery or sauces stocked, either.

2 other customers after me were displeased with this manager's rudeness. She lacked any professionalism whatsoever.

She didn't offer her name when I asked to speak to manager or owner, claiming she was the manager. Per county permit, the owner Jai Taco Atlanta LLC will hear from us and BBB.

MANAGER IS AN ABSOLUTELY VILE BEING, hope the management at JAI TACO ATLANTA LLC is reading this. DON’T give this location your business as the manager is totally inept and not personable. Kitchen staff were great tho but I feel for them having to be under such poorly skilled and toxic management.

The manager removed all the sauce packets kept out for customers and refused to give us 2 extra sauces on our large order saying it’s franchise policy that only 1 sauce per item. They also didn’t have any knives out. When we asked the lady at the counter if we could speak with a manager, she said she’s the manager. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so we politely asked for her name and she refused to tell us and said and I quote “I DON’T HAVE A NAME.” She had a lot to say before and once we asked for her name she went silent.

Visited with family and kids on Sunday, August 10th at 11:30am. We ordered around $50 worth of food. From the moment we walked in, the manager was openly rude—without any provocation. She removed the sauce containers after seeing us use them, refused to provide more when asked, and denied soda refills, stating it was “her store, her policy.”
When we asked again for a refill, she continued to refuse—until another Taco Bell staff member stepped in and helped us. Despite that, the manager kept repeating that she wouldn’t give us another soda. We also noticed her treating a white customer politely while being hostile toward us, which raised concerns about discriminatory behavior.
When I expressed frustration—having never been treated this way in 30 years of visiting Taco Bell—she asked us to leave. We had just received our food and were quietly eating, so I declined. She then called the police.
By the time the officer arrived, we were nearly finished. He saw no issue and told us we were free to go. As we left, the manager followed us outside and told us never to return. She also refused to provide her name when asked.
I sincerely hope Taco Bell takes appropriate action to address this manager’s behavior. No customer should be treated with such hostility and disrespect.

Went with my family on Sunday 8/10 for a quick lunch. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She wouldn't give us sauce, saying only one packet of sauce allowed per item and took all the containers inside. Same thing on refill, told us no refill will be provided. When asked, she said it's her store her policy. All this without any provocation from our side. Never faced this type of discrimination in my life, especially not at Taco Bell. Another staff working there was understanding and provided us with the refill, but the manager wouldn't budge. I hope Taco Bell takes proper action against the manager.

M1) the restroom as absolutely filthy! Per on the floor, toilet paper hanging out of toilet no toilet paper at all
2) the manager was sitting in the lobby looking at her phone. we made eye contact and she didn’t say a word to me
If the restaurant like that before I get the food I wouldn’t want to even try it.
There’s probably no soap in the back for them to wash their hands

The food was fine. Staff seemed a little short when speaking with customers. I also tried to ask if the bathroom was open, and got ignored. I will not be returning.

Very clean. They lock the restrooms and management (I think that’s what they are) sits and observes I guess. Kinda awkward but I guess it works because this Taco Bell was very clean and professional.
