I’m actually not happy that I have to give them a poor review, because I’ve been there before and it was a better experience. I’ll start with the most egregious thing first. My husband paid for the bill and tipped in cash and after we left, they added extra tip on the card. I don’t know if it was if we were with a group or what, but it was an extremely confusing process this time around. Even the app that you order the food on is different and a little more confusing than it was the last time we were here a few months ago. We were not aware of how the orders were done in a group because like I said, we’ve never been in a group usually it’s just me and my husband, but there was confusion around the orders and when I went to the front to ask them to change the drinks because it’s not what we thought we ordered the lady had an attitude and I was very nice about it. Also, the young lady that kept coming by the table to help would asked to help but then would not do what we thought she was offering. It was just very confusing on top of that. She asked us how we wanted to do the bill and we told her to split it in half with me and my husband on one bill and my friend and her daughter on the other bill. She ended up bringing back three separate bills. My husband paid both his bill and my bill on his card and then tipped her in cash and later he saw that they had added extra tipped onto one of the charges. If they are trying to enforce some sort of minimum, they should do that prior and put it on the bill. It is not OK to change peoples amount that they put down on their cards. My husband tipped her 14% because he did not like the service and there was a lot of confusion and the things that we asked for, some of our food did not come until way later towards the end of our meal. My friend had to ask them twice for onions that we had ordered and we had told them multiple times that we did not get our rice and then we got rice towards the end of the meal when we were already full. The service was not great so I don’t know how they feel entitled to change the tip amount without our permission. Seems illegal to me. Needless to say, I will be finding another place the next time we want Korean barbecue. And I want to add that even though there was a lot of confusion and mistakes, we were nice to the staff the entire time. We are not difficult customers anywhere we go, even when there are mistakes.

The foods were fresh and tasty! Love the rib eye steak and shrimps. And the best part was the service, the girl who wore the mask helped us cooked and cut the meat was sweet and attentive. We didn’t need to ask to change our grill paper, she did it before we ask all the time, the best ayce bbq service ever. Highly recommended for the dining experience!

First time here, the servers were patiences and teach me how to take the order and also give good advices for introducing food. My favorite part was the train for sending food to my table. It was a good dinner experience for first time visiting.

Food is very good, all of our meats came out very quickly in a little train, which I must add was very unique and a cool experience, since my first visit I have come back 3 times and my standards were blown away each time I visited. Staff are also very helpful, and friendly, always available to change the black griddles whenever they got greasy. Would come back again considering such a cheap price of 29.99 for AYCE.

If you’ve been to other kbbq places then don’t go here. This doesn’t meet the standard for a kbbq place. The grills were inefficient and cooked the meat so slow. Portion sizes were small like 4oz each. When we tried to order more because we had 6 people, they told us we couldn’t order more than 4 things at a time. Each time we ordered, only half the order didn’t come so we had to keep ordering the items again. Then we had to pay automatic gratuity for the bad service when we cooked for ourselves, got our own sauces, and ordered our own items. There’s also a 2hr time limit. With everything that happened, we left still hungry which is rare for us. Our grill had an oil fire but the staff poured water on it which made it light up more. We had my baby son so I was annoyed when that happened. Wouldn’t come back here.

Went with a group of 6 for ayce bbq. The atmosphere was decent, looked like a pretty new restaurant. The train that delivers food was really cool. But, that's about where the pros end...
The food tasted ok, but how bad can it get when you cook it yourself? As an Asian bbq restaurant, the meat is served raw, so we cooked it to what we like... except we couldn't. The heat on the burner was so weak it took far too long to even cook it to medium rare on the thin briskets (chadolbaegi). The pork belly that we got were still white when we got impatient and decided to eat it.
The place is almost entirely self service. We ordered food using a QR code on the table, the food was mostly served via the automated train. We had to cook our own food. We had to get up to get our own dipping sauce for the bbq. The veggies we ordered never came. But, because we had a group of 6, they had a mandatory tip of 18%.
To top it all off, one of maybe 3 times the server dropped by, he only came by because the weak burner caught fire from the pork oil. And he splashed water all over it, making it flare up even more before deciding to turn off the burner on his own accord.
The other times the server came by was when we ordered too much meat, and he came to confirm if we really wanted that much before only serving half what we ordered (via train). The meat serving was about 3-4 oz per serving, and they cap it at 4 servings per order.
Between the slow cooking and small amount of food we could get in a given period of time, I left an AYCE BBQ restaurant still kind of hungry. That was a first.
All in all, I can't justify giving this place more than 1 star, and that's only because of the trains, that was pretty cool.

It started out as a possible good idea I eat Korean barbecue regularly. However, I know this is tai chi, barbecue, and a comparison I must say totally different. Iron Age meat is marinated and perfectly stored. They have a variety of sides. Unlike this place makes it very complicated in the way they give their service I guess cause it’s kinda new, all the food was bland and when you marinate meat on the fly, it never works out right and put the icing on the cake. I ordered my last meal and asked for the check she insinuated that I finished my food or they would have to charge me, so I literally had to sit there and eat the rest of my food and clean my plate or they would charge me per pound , I thought that was very insulting degrading not to mention the servers were whispering and communicating amongst each other. I thought this was very unprofessional and degrading if you’re looking for that type of atmosphere to eat at this place from a scale of one to 10 they get a negative one for those who don’t believe me check them out you will see .

We've been to Taichi location in Atlanta and we loved it there so when we found out there will be one closer to our house; we were ecstatic. This restaurant located in a big plaza with movie theaters and a lot of franchise restaurant. We were a little confused when we got there. We saw on Reel that it was a bbq but when we got there it was a boba shop with ramen similar to the one in Atlanta. You can checked in for BbQ but it's the end of the restaurant and it's a little odd to us. The selection was pretty small but there qualities was impressive. The train that delivers food was a nice idea, it reminds us of Asia but we come to realized since we sat at the end of the train line; the food took forever to come to us when we ordered. they're very strict with the 2hrs so we didn't like it much. The food took a little long for it to come out and since we had to grill everything ourselves; having the limitation was such an inconvenience.
Yes we would recommend this place to people that will opened their heart, mind, and belly up. Again, their food selection is limited but it's all good. I never ordered chicken anywhere I go but their chicken is good. Don't get the sweet potatoes or ddukk. It doesn't cook thoroughly.
Until next time!!! Peace
