The Flying Biscuit Cafe

The server was really nice and friendly but when my wife and I got our food, it was cold and bland. My wife ordered chicken and waffles, the waffles were hard and tough, and the chicken was dry. I ordered me a chicken biscuit with eggs and cheese and when I got my food, it was cold, when I picked up my biscuit it crumble to pieces and fell apart instantly. I just drank the coffee which was good and my wife tried to eat her waffle and then we left.

Amazing as usual. Very well cooked food. Great service. Great vibe and atmosphere . Plus the drinks alone are worth coming for.

Buttermilk chicken was tough, collards had too much pepper sauce on them, mac n cheese had no cheese. Grits were great and service was great!

We recently dined at this restaurant and, honestly, the food wasn’t really up to par. It’s not a place I’d be eager to come back to based on the dishes we had. That said, our server Amanda was really great—super nice, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. So, the service was a highlight, but the food just didn’t hit the mark for us.

This is one of those “hole in a wall” places.
The name seemed fun and the menu looked good! When we went in the restaurant was not very clean and had us a little worried… but let me tell you - it was delicious!
My boys said the strawberry cheesecake French toast was DELICIOUS, the grits were great, eggs cooked perfectly and our server was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Very surprised!

Since moving here from Mississippi, this has been my saturday morning go to. Rather dining in or take, never a miss. Fron the friendly staff to the great tasting food. I recommend for all big backs🤣🤣🤣🤣
