I’ve ordered out a few times and a couple times I’ve had missing items missing from the food. Overall the staff is oki and the atmosphere and food is oki as well (6/10)

Reyna the lady was taking my order, she was really rude I asked for no ice in my water and she said that is too late for that, like really, great food but really bad service.

It is the new location in Jimmy Carter, the place is very expanded but the flavor was left in the other location, the cakes are not toasted on the griddle like before nor is the flavor the same, very dry for my taste we ordered, at shepherd with cheese and cuban, the coffee very cold.
But the staff is friendly and we spent $25 for 2 staff.
I liked them better before.

The truth is that the flavor of the cakes has gone down a lot since it is their specialty, I ordered a Cuban cake and the sausage was not cooked, the bread is no longer toasted with butter, a tasteless cake.

I am always being harassed by homeless people!!!! Yall need to do something about that!!! The food is so good and the service is great too but I can’t ever eat in peace without a homeless person trying to get me to get him money!!! Every single visit I’ve had at tortas locas I always get bothered and harassed by those homeless people!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT SOON

Love the food here but hate every time I come there’s a homeless asking for money/food. It makes me not want to come to one of my favorite place.
