Delicious food served by great people. I wish I still lived nearby. I would go here twice a week for lunch and nothing else I’ve found compares. Do yourself a favor and come try this staple.
Very good food! We got oxtails and jerk chicken and both were fantastic! Oxtail was small, but it was was actually good for the price! The oxtail gravy was so flavorful. The jerk chicken had a small kick to it but wasn’t overbearing. Owner/employees were very friendly.
My mom and i visited the area last week and I needed some home cooked Caribbean food. I actually went here for the shrimp curry, but they did not have any shrimp dishes that day. My super picky mom tried the jerk chicken and was in love. She got a jerk chicken meal and i opted for 2 patties and a side of plantain... everything was delicious. The lady was really accommodating and nice. Oh and it was a plus that they keep the food covered.
