The waiter was rude.. she interrupted me asking can she cash me out because they about to change shifts and I sat in my truck for 20 minutes and she was still in there taking orders. She never asked the other customers , only me. This occurred at 655 am

I have never, ever had a good Waffle House experience…until tonight! My husband and I are in town for the weekend and couldn’t find anything close to our hotel that was open late. The food was literally perfect. It was after midnight and everything was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and service was quick. I am glad we stopped by here…other Waffle Houses need to come observe this one and take notes. 👏🏻

Worst place… food is disgusting, disgraceful, it’s always burnt, overcooked or undercooked. The servers are okay but please get need cooks.

I reviewed this place on my YouTube ……The cook with the red hair is the best cook I have every had for breakfast and at Waffle House I even made a video of this Waffle House food there food is come back for more and there service is top I have had on a very long time always a hit

Even though the store wasn’t even busy I came in at or around 11pm and it took someone 25 mins to take my order. After I placed the order I then waited another 32 mins before receiving my 2 egg breakfast. The eggs were scrambled with cheese and cold to the touch, I also got grits, the grits were unedible to say the least; they were cold and hard. The toast was the only decent thing about my order. They had no pie either. Was hoping the pie would lift my mood and fill my belly. After I informed my server about my food he literally just looked at me and said are u paying with cash or card it’s $7.95. Didn’t apologize didn’t offer to give me a refund or a replacement . Disappointed with this location. I really hope they were just having g a bad night

Vicky served us a very fine last night breakfast. Vicky is an excellent hostess, working well with her colleague on the grill.
She's a credit to Waffle House. I hope management truly recognizes and rewards front workers such as Vicky, she's the interface between management and customers.
Re: atmosphere, tables & interior decor could be a bit newer, but it doesn't deter this customer.
Yes, while IHOPs have done decor upgrades, we've chosen Waffle House over IHOP. IHOP is making it in NE Philly, wish I needn't travel to Lancaster to enjoy Waffle House:)

I wish I could give 10 stars. Today I visited here just for a quick stop in never been to this location ever, Maria was the sweetest ever.. But the cook put his Luther Vandross & Marvin Gaye into that omelette, I hadn’t had a chicken omelette in my life that tastes so damn good & fresh ever before like his. I’m definitely spending my 3pm lunches here again. Thank you sir you really made my day.
