Probably the worst customer service that I've ever had at a waffle House. With my job. I travel pretty much all around Atlanta and the "waitress" I got literally did check on me once the entire time I was there which was around 30 to 45 minutes. Asked for a coffee and water and got a singular coffee when I got my meal and no fill-ups or even asked if I needed anything. Very disappointing, the rest of the staff were nice and I got one of the other waitresses to bring me a steak knife and some A1 sauce which was nice but my original waitress did absolutely nothing the whole time I was there understandably so no tip was given

i love waffle house but this one is the worst. Floaters in our waters even when we asked for new ones. putrid smell upon delivery of food made us loose our appetite. immediately paid and left. wont be back to this one ever again.

Great customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The manager Danielle cooked my food to perfection. The waiter Chris was very attentive making sure I received everything I needed or asked for. There were other rude customers in the establishment and the manager did her best to tend to the complicated guest. Overall I will be back! One of my favorite locations due to fast cooking times and the excellent staff.

This *was* the best Waffle House this side of Atlanta, until they got rid of the night cook named Angel. My 30+ colleagues and I who frequented this establishment will NOT be returning until he returns. Absolutely awful.

Location is a little rough and could use a visit from the training department. Missed items, orders called multiple times, bickering among staff about who dropped the ball… and the end, not a smoothly running operation that WH is known for.

Placed a togo order, It cost 20.71 for 1 sausage hashbrown bowl with no egg and 1 waffle... I did get a $3 tip, so $17.71..... waited a total of 27mins to get it mean while everyone behind me gets their to go orders, 2 chicken clubs, 1 Philly and a waffle... those orders cook faster then my hashbrowns? ?Then the hasbrowns came up, well no one started the waffle, so my hashbrowns were nice and cold when I finally got them...... just no one seems to care anymore, oh well jus give me your money...My waitress was trying and over stressed...Store was clean though

Attention to detail is everything, especially when dealing with foods that can get people sick. First time here, ordered the usual all star and the only two things that were off, the bacon and the eggs. The two biggest sources of protein for most breakfast meal. I say this bc protein source is the biggest cost to seller/consumer, so if it's bad, compared to having bad toast, it will cause for a worse experience. Bacon was burnt but the waitress noticed after the line cook put it on the plate. asked if I needed another. Bacon was cooked a little better the second time but still a little dark. Second, the eggs, tasted ok until I bit into an egg shell. Because it was relatively small I didn't mind and kept eating. Halfway though, I found a much larger piece that I had actually bit into and started to swallow. (Doesn't matter as much but the grits were a bit dry, chunky and you could tell the were pulling from the bottom of low pot. ) Asking for the check I informed both the waitress and manager about these issues. The rectification was to comp the eggs. I told them no, I wanted to pay in full, and I tipped $3. Which comes to the reason I'm making this review. Employees need to feel like their job is important for them to do their best, pay, time off and team environment, and work ethic affect the quality of everything. You can't blame an employee for all of the problems a restaurant has. It's on management and ownership to ensure success whatever it takes. Push your people to new heights, invest in your people even if they don't invest in themselves. I'll prob come back. But good luck to whoever reads this.

I work there and the place and location are greatIt's my 2md day and a lot of fun.Parking: It's in an outlet that makes a whole parking lot the size of an outlet mall is available.Kid-friendliness: We love to see adorable children and people coming their first timeWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs and booths to roll up to or counters the same size level.

The cook Jacob was so friendly and very polite to me. Was very accommodating and just overall made the atmosphere of the restaurant feel like a great time. I cannot remember the waitress name but she was also great. Both of them were smiling and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed doing what they do. Very friendly and kind people
