What’s with the service charge and Togo fee ?? I didn’t door dash or uber eats…. Dirty, on the receipt doesn’t show what I ordered. Charge extra 4.40 but yet want a tip. How’s that even fair ?? Employees are doing with corporate asking them to do. Any chain food quality is down grade when it comes to tasking the menu. Where is my side of bacon ?? Where is the meat ?? I didn’t asked for additional hash brown…….

My hashbrowns were under cook under proportion. They put a table spoon of onions and a order and a half when I order a double. It took forever to our drinks. Then when I wanted a refill I got a half.

Never had a bad experience at any WH. Definitely had a great experience today! Cook/waiter was great, food was too! Fun fact, he is colorblind and thought his mask was the WH yellow (it was neon safety yellow )😆. Thanks for a great experience while in Georgia!

Literally what is the worst customer service I’ve gotten I didn’t even get a hello when I walked in. Also, I waited about 30 minutes for my food which they prepared someone who came in after me also, I got home. Ate half of my sandwich and felt a piece of hair, I am not even a person that does negative reviews but after this morning, I definitely will never set foot in the waffle house ever again. I honestly wish I had a photo. It definitely was a little piece of brown blondish hair. smh I did tip about three dollars to the cashier, but she was the person that actually cooked my food which was also weird, but it is what it is. Her attitude wasn’t really any better

Food preparation is simply TERRIBLE . Eggs not scrambled, bacon BURNT and CHEESE not melted! The cooks here really ned corporate RETRAINING!
