I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich yesterday with extra cheese and well toasted, and a bowl of grits,I gave the cook a tip to try and make sure that my order was correct, the grits were good,the sandwich was soggy,and it DEFINITELY DID NOT have extra cheese on it,last time ate ar this location I asked for the cheese to be scrambled Into the eggs,instead I got a hard egg a few months ago, for now on,I will only eat at the waffle house on Christmas or new years

I've never had a bad Waffle House experience. Like a host at a party, if things get excited, sometimes servers may not get back to your table.
Coffee, hash browns, the occasional Papa Joe's Pork Chop dinner and your server will be on time.
Keep it simple. I love this place.

I’ve lived near this location for quite some time, and recently I’ve been placing more orders online—I’m now on my third recorded web order. I’ve been pretty forgiving when it comes to my hash brown orders, even though I always request extra toppings and double-check my receipts. Up until now, they’ve been inconsistent with the toppings.
Today, though, I ordered a triple hash browns, and I had a feeling they’d miss my add-ons.(I was right)
It’s understandable that mistakes are made, but this location mistakes are too often for me. There should be plenty of time to not rush a web order and making sure the order is exactly as is.
I always leave tips, so failing to add my toppings feels almost like they’re taking advantage of me. So far not happy and I’ll find a better waffle house if this place continues to underperform. When I went they were busy for a good hour but not crazy, but an online order with the listed add-ons on items should be simple to follow.
The staff is nice and considerate and they actually worked my correctly when I had to go in.

Waffle Houses vary in quality of food and service, and this location was not it. The biggest issue was the hash browns. We ordered them "all the way," and we were told there were no tomatoes left. I agreed, thinking that the chili would suffice. Lo and behold, when we sat down to eat our takeout, there was no chili either. We were highly disappointed in this location and will most likely not be returning.
