The place was dirty. Loud music playing. Employees talking, looking at their phones, some sitting around while tables had dishes stacked up on them. There were only a couple other people there eating. Had double the employees that were needed. Food was pretty good, but would not return.

The Human Quality of the staff here is incredible. They are beautiful, pleasant. There is no one who speaks Spanish but they are patient enough to assist you. I went and the older ladies took great care of me. I felt very very good. Thank you, your staff is worth Gold.

So my sons and I went here for our tradition Thanksgiving. We don't stay close at all. It's about a 45-minute drive from our home. I picked this location because out of all the years of living here in Georgia. This is the only waffle house that has the highest level of customer service. I'm not saying others don't have good customer service, but this particular location is a one every time. We walked in, and it was very crowded as expected on Thanksgiving. The whole staff greeted us very promptly and seated us very promptly. Julia comes over to the table and says hello Good Morning gentlemen and Happy Thanksgiving. My sons and I reciprocate Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving. She was kind,nice,professional,and detailed. Our came out faster than expected and correct. Julia constantly checked on us and asked us how our food was and if we needed anything. She kept all our beverages refilled without us even asking. Everyone on the staff was in a great mood smiling. Talking and assisting each other cleaning cooking and hosting the atmosphere set a great tone for every customer from my perspective. To have a great and enjoyable Thanksgiving with the waffle. House crew and family, it's one I'll never forget. Thank you, guys, for all you do.My family and I greatly appreciate you all at this particular location and at the waffle's corporate location.JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Love this location, I always stop in to grab a bite to eat.Also there is a waitress that works at this location, (Sen????), is an outstanding employee.I personally observed this professional individual manage her tables and while working noticed the kitchen was backing up with a plethora of dishes, took the initiative and actually switch gears and became the front line to keep the restaurant up and running efficiently and never missing a beat in serving her customers.What a wonderful place, great atmosphere, keep up the good work Sen????!
