It's actually impressive how bad the customer service is here. It's like they are trying to one up each other on being terrible.

This is the biggest piece of dog crap Walmart I've ever been in. I've lived in California, Seattle, Richmond and now we're in Norcross. I've been in a lot of Walmart's. This is the most disorganized, clusterfu*k I've ever seen. Terrible inventory, always out of diapers in the size I'm looking for. Messy, dirty. Totally stressed out & overworked staff, I'm sure it's not their fault. But yeah, this Walmart location is pitiful. I miss my Richmond Walmart. This place is terrible.

I avoid coming to this one specifically. Mostly because checking out is nearly impossible. Lines constantly reaching to the back of the store. Staff oblivious to anyting and no extra lanes opening. It's terrible. Go to Lilburn or Tucker instead

Horrible customer service and these people hang up on you when you try to call them to ask for information. Rude to customers, do not recommend

My fiance and I have come to this Walmart a couple times already, and I'm glad we didn't have a 1.5 star experience like the majority of Yelpers on here. We experienced excellent customer service at the pharmacy here when I came to pick up some medicine. The service took awhile as one pharmacy register was down, and the pharmacist was taking a long time providing consultation to the person ahead of me. However, she made sure I left with the medicine I desperately needed and didn't rush me out to catch up on the line that was slowly building, so I appreciate that a lot. We haven't had any issues with the lines or registers here yet either, so I'm thankful. Our Hawaii Walmart back home on Maui is always a zoo with tourists and locals alike flying around, and finding parking is always a challenge there too. So, those are not reasons for me to give this Walmart a bad rating. I've noticed a lot of Georgia Walmarts are not that busy, so that being said, this is a busier location. I have no reason not to come back though; they've been good to us so far here at the Norcross location.

A Walmart is like any other Walmart... You will find pretty much anything, everything, if not, you just go to the next nearest one... This one is very convenient for me, near by, but be aware of, it's always very crowded, SOO busy and with a packed parking lot always. Impolite children will run wild. The pharmacy here is good, great services, no complains at all, very helpful attendants. Cashiers and customers services are good. I sincerely think they do a great job specially dealing with tons of clients all the time, in this incredibly busy location.

This Walmart I usually pass because I'm not familiar with it. But when I went in for work pants which I found but the dressing room was locked so went to approach a employee she look at me then sorta rolled her eyes so I searched for another in which I found and she was so nice she couldn't find the dressing room key I told her to take her time but she kept searching and I had walked off and she had searched for me and said I found the key let's help you try on these clothes. When I had finished she said how was it I said they fit good thank you for your help she said no problem that's what I'm here for. So she made my morning.

Negative stars for this store and assistant manager Mimi. Put in an order online for photo ornaments, They can't find the order and say it "might" come in next week (after I leave the state for holiday). They are blaming Fuji for the lateness and won't do anything for me until they receive it again "maybe" Tuesday. Not to mention endless hold times, lack of answering their phone and general cluelessness. Thanks for ruining Christmas, no time to choose new gifts

There is an employee here that has it out for my family. I can only identify her as a short Punjabi lady that usually works in the self checkout area. I am part of the goth subculture, and I believe that is why she has it out for us. Our first encounter with her, they didn't have any reusable bags in the immediate area so I asked her for some. She hatefully nodded and pointed at the plastic bags behind of me and said 'this is what we have, you can use them, it's okay.' My fiance walked off to find the reusable bags, and he did indeed find them. And now every time we go to that Walmart, we always make sure we don't forget our bags, and she HOVERS OVER US badly. Especially if we take too long which happens because I am also disabled. She also tries to 'teach' my fiance how to bag our food and we aren't sure why she's doing this. But we don't appreciate any of it, because it's very clearly only us she does this to and she has tunnel vision, if she sees us no one else is getting help and she's gonna linger on us. If I thought someone would take us seriously, I'd find a way to report it higher.

It's pretty much like every other Walmart. You can usually find what you need. Be careful, because people let their children run wild in this store. Every once in a while they'll announce over the loud speaker to please keep an eye on your children (which is really pathetic that they have to do that) but people don't care. There is a Subway restaurant by the entrance. One more thing: Make sure you check your food before you buy it. Some folks seem to think it's okay to peel back the safety lid, taste the product, and place it back on the shelf. We've had to return several items because of this.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This location is convenient but the employees are TERRIBLE! This could be an amazing money maker if they had good costumer service. People are placed in the electronics area who know nothing about electronics. The employee literally said she didn't know nor did she care about electronics. That's very disappointing because if you need help, you're better off trying to hunt for it on your own. They are very rude and have a heavy attitude. If the location wasn't so close by, I wouldn't ever go to that again. Honestly, don't mind going to a further one who actually treat you like a person and not some trash that they want gone so they can get paid. Please re-train employees and place them where they are actually useful in helping customers.

I am at this Walmart just about every other day because of the convenient location. It's not the greatest location but if you get in there in the early mornings it's the best time, no one is there customer wise, and you pretty much have the whole staff available. Today one of the employees aggressively threatened my family in the parking lot after her child or the child with her was walking towards our moving car. "I dare you to hit her, I'll slap you and your ugly a** mama" she was still in uniform which is why I knew she worked there. The whole time we were packing our groceries she stood there talking to someone in the car next to us. Is it our fault she was busy talking and didn't attend the child? In which we stopped our car as we were backing up because the child walked up. The lack of organization and packed store usually causes the stress here, I've never had a problem with the staff because they've always been very friendly and helpful when they could be.

I know I wrote a review here before cause I live close by!! Back then when it first opened, I gave 4 stars review. That review is gone. This is my review now. I do not like Walmart. Rude customers. Too many customer NO service. Long lines. Trashy parking lot. Carts everywhere. Why I come back, close by, cheaper products, lazy. For every time I come to Walmart, I have already gone to Publix, Kroger, Target, Sprouts, or Trader Joe's. Honestly, I only come early in the morning when people are too lazy to wake up to go to Walmart, like 6 am. NEVER come at night. NEVER! You will wait in line for so long. I always use self checkout. Funny thing is not all the register even works either. Employees are like sloths here! 85/2019
