The time between placing my order on the app (2:13 p.m.), and receiving my order 2:42 p.m.), was almost a full 30 minutes. I went to pickup at the drive-thru, as I indicated in the app, and was told, due to short staff, they weren't taking orders. I conveyed I had a mobile order, and was instructed to go inside. After 10-12 minutes of waiting at the counter, someone finally address me, and indicated they would start on my order. As time passed, another patron came in after me, ordered, and had her food delivered before me; the team member realized she had not put my order in queue this whole time, then added it; the team also did not have the frosty flavoring I requested for the order, and had to substitute with another flavor. There was a lack of communication, as I noticed my name was no longer on the digital queue anymore, and another team member had put my food on the shelf, even though I'd been waiting in the front, in direct site, for at least 25 minutes by that time. I had groceries in the car, hence the drive thru app order, and had I known it was going to be this level of unprofessionalism, and lack of communication, I would have cancelled, and not wasted my time, or thawing perishables. To top it all off, the food I received was less than subpar, especially after waiting for so long; you'd think it would be fresh and hot; the only decent entree was the JBC (no notes).
Parking: Free general parking; at lease two parking spaces for mobile orders.

Kept trying to tell me the krabby patty meal had to come with the frosty… when I finally got my meal the pattys were undercooked and my drink was filled with ice… piss poor performance!

Worst Wendy's I've been to.. and as a regular Wendy's customer.. it not like I was expecting much.. there wasn't much of a wait.. no cars in drive thru and nobody inside.. I went inside to order since I wanted to dine in.. they didn't have any cashier's and was forced to place my order in the self serve terminal.. but couldn't scan my rewards and when spoke to someone she was very rude and told me we didn't have cashier's ... Drive away !!! Don't eat here

Went to get lunch and was told to pull up to the "second window for my total" for some reason only to be told like I did something wrong that I was supposed to go to the first. Don't tell people to pull up to the second window if you want them to pull up to the first. Experience left a sour taste in my mouth as communication at this location has consistently been awful. Wish they would actually try.

this was one of the best wendy’s in my opinion. the staff are young & trained well. and will acknowledge you. the manager will make sure to get your orders in and out even if there is a rush.

Ordered 2 5 dollar bags and only got 7 nuggets supposed to get 10 all the food was cold no mayo on the sandwiches the older lady in the drive thru is sweet as pie tho
Waited 45 minutes for 3 tacos. I know I'm fat, but still. And they have the AUDACITY to call this fast food. ABSOLUTELY TARNISHES THE NAME. HORRENDUS.

Stopped in to this location and tried to order 20 nuggets with no sauce. The employee at the cash register said that I could only order two 10 piece nuggets (at $1.19 more) because 20 piece nuggets only came in "saucy." I asked if I could have the sauce on the side for a 20 piece, and she said no- but if I wanted sauce on the side for the 10 piece that would be $1 extra. Never mind, one 10 piece nuggets order, no sauce. My husband ordered a sweet tea, but the tea at the dine-in self service area was unsweeten (both in the sweet and unsweeten container). He asked the people behind the counter if he could have sweet tea out of the container that they were serving the drive through, and they said no, but offered him sugar, which of course can't be dissolved on cold tea. Other people in the dine in area were struggling as the Coke machine had run dry, as had the ketchup dispenser. Lots of people "working" behind the counter, so some franchise owner is wasting a lot of money this afternoon.
